I overbooked this room and tried for days and days to get a hold of the owner with multiple emails and phone calls with absolutely no communication terrible way to run a business will never stay there again. Holiday Inn express is definitely the way to go. I will continue to use that hotel because of the lack of communication between ownership with Comfort Inn and suites shame on you

We made reservations on line where nothing was stated about pets being disallowed. We were then denied access at the motel desk when it was announced that we had a pet.

One night stay. Room was clean but in need of update. Bed was comfortable but kind of rolled to the middle. Ground floor room and they put a family of kids right over us who ran and jumped half the night.
Other than that, I would stay there again.

Staff was great...always friendly and I was greeted upon leaving and returning. Breakfast was excellent...warm, delicious and plentiful. Breakfast staff was just as friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Great experience!!

Shower had the worst configuration I have seen. Look like a 10 year old designed it. Overall, everything else was great.

It’s a very comfortable room, very nice with a fridge, coffeemaker etc. Generous space with a sitting area. Comfy bed & linens… pillows somewhat hard & lumpy, otherwise great bed.

We were very appreciative of the lady who checked us in when we arrived. What a very nice, welcoming, lady! Very clean, beds were comfy, easy access to the highway.

Clean, lovely breakfast buffet and helpful staff. First room heat didn’t work but staff changed our room quickly. Second room needed some TLC. Bed was very comfortable.

It's a great place to stay. The staff was phenomenal, Julie and Bill, and cared about their jobs and how we were treated at the breakfast buffet was above the call of duty. The cleaning staff was friendly as well. Thanks you for making our stay enjoyable.

The room just felt off. It could have been cleaner, but it wasn't terrible. The door deadbolt needed to messed with again and again to lock. The pillows were tiny. Just everything was so so, and not comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Hotel was easy to access from the highway. All areas were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was fine. Breakfast was above average with lots of choices (eggs, meat, potatoes, danish, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereal, coffee, several kinds of juices offered). WiFi speed was good. The hair dryer in our room didn't work but I always bring one with me so no biggie. There was a flexible reading light by the bed, which was nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Check in was quick and front desk clerk was very sweet. Our room was super clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. Our room was facing the interstate and although you could hear some noise it wasn’t so load that it disturbed our sleep or relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and there was quite a selection of foods. Would definitely stay again!

I had occasional wake ups due to traffic noise, but it's also Thanksgiving week, and I am sure that has a great deal to do with it!
The Breakfast Buffet was great with many hot and cold choices 😋

My one complaint is there were four packs of decaf coffee provided in the room. No "regular" in our room. I really appreciate my first cup in my room and then i go down to your wonderful breakfast area.

Pros:
The lady at the front desk at night was kind and efficient.
Linens and sheets were white and clean
Cons:
Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Found the front desk worker sleeping in the lounge.
Room was tired and dated.
Tv in the bedroom didn’t work.
Shower was broken. Only a trickle came out of the shower head.
Tiles were lose in the bathroom.
Blood spot on pull out couch.

The check- in was quick and friendly. We reported that the door doesn't lock, were told the maintenance man was on call so we'd be called when he was available and we weren't called. We are waiting to see how this issue is resolved when checking out.

Disappointed overall, we chose this hotel expecting something nicer than average based on price when compared to others in the area. The hotel was really old and dated, you could hear everything outside and talking from next door even at a normal level. Instead of getting something “nicer than average” we felt this was “worse than average”. And for the price paid we were not happy. We would’ve been better off staying at a middle of the road place and price point and at least KNOW that’s what we were getting! Would not recommend and won’t stay here again. Husband forgot toothpaste so we asked the front and they didn’t have any. Not their fault we forgot but annoying a hotel wouldn’t have any travel tubes to supply guests with. No shampoo or condition in shower either, we had our own but that’s pretty standard now at this price point. Positive would be the room was a good size. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast fare.
