Exceptional!!! Best stay ever

My kids love the pool and water slides. It’s a little irritating that they close the slides from 10am till 4pm everyday. Especially since they label themselves a water park. Like, that’s literally exactly the time of day most kids would want to be in the pool. Doesn’t make sense. Room was decent however our phone and internet didn’t work the 3 days we were there. Front desk was no help at all. Also, our water temp went cold pretty quickly. I don’t know if the whole hotel was trying to shower at the same time or what. But that was obviously frustrating. Breakfast was good and the ladies running it were very nice and helpful.

Parking was accommodating for a truck and trailer. Receptionist lacked a warm filling. The room was very nice clean and tidy as well as the bed was comfortable. Our room was above the entrance so we had a spot light in our room when we had the blinds opened, so we didn’t have them open. Noise from surrounding rooms was loud, kept us up. Not loud enough to complain about. Woke up at 4 AM to take a shower. The hot water took 20 minutes to get hot after we called the receptionist to let them know there was no hot water. Overall I would recommend this Hotel.

There was no hot water and we were charged a resort fee for nothing. We should have a total refund fir this stay.

This hotel exceeded every expectation we had. The staff was kind and always happy to see us. Breakfast was fantastic and of course the kids LOVED the pool/waterpark. An excellent location for families. It is a bit away from the rest of town but the hotel made it well worth the stay.

The staff that checked us in was absolutely on top of her duties and went above and beyond to ensure our stay.

Room was great but common areas were a bit dirty. Some super friendly staff and other staff that were incredibly rude. Water park was great but the hot tub water needed major attention. Hotel has good bones but I think they need more staff to keep up and some training on customer service and kindness.

Made reservations made sure slides would be open and pool told yes when we got there it was closed to maintenance. The nly resin I paid hat high amount to stay there..

We booked the hotel because of the waterslide, pool and hot tub. My husband was leaving for work for 90 days and it was a nice place to relax and play with our daughter one last night before his trip. The only downfall was that the jets did not work on the hot tub.

A great value!

Great place to go for a stay. Kids had fun and breakfast was delicious. The pool is fun but wish it was deeper , hard to go down slides and hit the bottom of the pool .

Great location and super clean

Very clean, very nice and very comfortable hotel. The staff are very and service was excellent. Shuttle service was super fast and courteous. I wasn't expecting this hotel to be have so many kids but that is because of the waterslides and pool area. So be aware that kids make noise and are busy if on a business trip. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Property great but expedia booked us with a king (per our request) but front desk said expedia overbooked kings so we had queen- which was fine but hotel couldn’t refund difference… So I paid for king but got queen

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had great options with an attendant on sight. The pool area was lots of fun for the grand kids and there was an attendant on sight to enforce the rules.

We wanted to visit and use the waterslide. We had our dog with us, so the hotel charges $50. I'm not sure why, because the rooms are not carpeted, so cleanup is easy. Also, they do not provide an outdoor poop bag station, which is a disappointment. What are they doing with my $50? The waterslide was fun. The motel has safety rules listed, such as one person at a time and don't go headfirst. They also have a person monitoring at the base of the slide. However, the person didn't uphold the stated rules. We observed 2-4 kids going down the slide either together or in quick succession and in any position on the slide. As an adult, I didn't feel like my safety was in jeopardy, but I wonder why they have listed rules that their staff doesn't impose. We observed a pile of macaroni on the steps to the top of the waterslide - did someone throw up and not clean up their mess. That was gross. The big disappointment was that the breakfast is over at 9:00 AM. We slept in (because the hotel was quiet) and got rolling at 9:00 and found that we couldn't have free breakfast. Oh well....

It was perfect for our family. We all had a wonderful time. The breakfast was great and warm. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I’ve set up stays here many times for my daughter and her mom. The staff is usually very friendly and accommodating. This trip the parking lot was packed and they were forced to park in the “Fly and park” lot, which is a dirt lot next to the main parking lot. No big deal on our part. Till my daughters mom was screamed at about parking there by the maintenance guy claiming the sign says you have to pay $10 To park there. No it doesn’t. So I will never get them a room there again.

The pool was very very cold! Like 65 degrees like lake water. Hot tub was cool and really stunk. The TV channels wouldn't come in. Only 1/2 of them. Heater in the room was stuck, wouldn’t work, and when on 65 would make the room go up to 78 degrees.

The breakfast was great. Lots of options and decent coffee, too. The whole family enjoyed the water slides. The beige slide is by far the best. On the green slide I had to use my feet to push myself a bit. The hot tub was very nice, too. We had a little issue with there being some dirt on the floor when we first walked in the room. We asked for it to be vacuumed and they cleaned it right away. They also gave us points to use on our next stay to compensate for the inconvenience. We really appreciated the quick resolution! Overall, we had a great time. Thanks!

I thought this hotel would be so much fun with the water slides, but it was not. After booking my room I found out only guests could swim, which was very disappointing since we were visiting cousins. The pool itself was so cold! The first night it was very cold and the hot tub was okay. The second night the hot tub was barely bath water temperature, and the pool was a little warmer. Monday morning my husband went down to breakfast with the kids and found out that breakfast closes at 9am on the week days! The breakfast lady was nice and let me come down and get breakfast before she cleaned it all up. The beds were also too firm for me and out of all the pillows in the room not one soft fluffy one. My daughter woke up with a sore neck the first morning. So overall, I will not recommend and I will not stay here again.
