The home is well located between Morro Bay and Cayucos. Very clean , stocked well, and comfortable. Loved the deck and view of Morro Rock and ocean. Will return again

Everything we expected and more. We loved the meals on the deck and the breathtaking views! King size bed super comfortable. Loved the neighborhood. It’s was a great home away from home!

We stayed for the month of March. Had quite a bit of rain but the sunny days were fabulous. Has a great living/dining kitchen area, very roomy. Deck is outstanding with sun on it all day, sunrise to sunset. Garage with washer/dryer very convenient. Could stroll down to the beach with good access and a short drive into town and the water front area. Only negatives were the master king bed is very soft and we did have a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen. Other than that we had a great time.

The home was perfect for me and my family. The home is quiet and comfortable. Located a short distance from lots of places nearby. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most of what we needed to cook. We would stay here again!

Between Cayucos and Morro Bay, out of the hustle and bustle of the town of Morro with a Oceanview and a view of Morro rock what more could you ask for?

The Property is awesome and we had a great time staying at the property. The only thing that was missing was the dishwasher. Had to do dishes on vacation. Highly suggest adding a dishwasher to the property. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

The house is beautiful. Tastefully decorated with antique furnishings . Check in process was super easy, the property manager responds very quickly.

We loved every minute of our get away in Morro Bay. The house was super clean, and the perfect place to relax. Our host was super accommodating to our needs.

We had a great time on our first vacation with our young family. Our 16 month old had plenty of room to play with toys and access to Netflix on the TV was also a plus. The close proximity to parks and beach access also made things very easy with a young child.
Overall the property was perfect for us, the shutters throughout the house kept the house dark during the day making naps and early bed times very easy. We were able to use DoorDash and Instacart with ease, all delivery drivers found the property easily. Looking forward to booking another vacation here.

Stayed in Morro Bay to be near Blues Baseball Stadium in SLO. Good location, clean and met our needs. Primary shower small for adult men in the group.

It was a wonderful little house in a nice quiet community. My family enjoyed its coziness and views of morro rock. I would highly recommend a stay at this house for families with littles.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest and best decorated houses I have stayed in at Morro Bay. The only negatives would be: 1. the pots and pans were gross. If you plan on cooking for more than two people bring your own stuff. 2. Although it was explicitly stated there was only 1 shower they didn't mention that the one shower is so tiny a grown man can barely turn around. My husband dropped the shampoo and he had to open the door, step out, grab the shampoo bottle and get back in. LOL!!! If you don't plan on cooking or having relaxing a shower everything else is great.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful outdoor deck with view of the ocean. Garage parking was a plus, and neighborhood is quiet & safe. We will definitely plan another stay on our next trip to the Morro Bay Area.

A big part of what my family looks for in a vacation rental home is a big cozy living room with comfy couches were we can all lounge together in the evening after a day of exploring the local area. This house really hit the mark.

Home is in a great location, walking distance to beach and in a very quiet neighborhood (major plus). We enjoyed our month stay. Kelly (property management) was awesome, easy to communicate with and attentive. We will definitely be back!

First time renting and didn’t know about the deposit on the house. I think that needs to be noted up front when given the quote. I wasn’t aware until I signed the rental agreement a couple days before our trip. The house is great, we really enjoyed our weekend.
