When the next door room used there hot tub it was so loud u couldn't sleep.

Hot tub was broken, we were told about it at check in but they told us to enjoy the heated pool. Then they had rented the pool out for a kids birthday party and we were not able to use that. They didn’t apply our IHG awards to our stay. They asked us not to sit in the lobby. The soap dispenser was falling off the wall in the bathroom. Vending machines didn’t work.

Lamp shade by bed was torn and ragged.
A person next door to me coughed incessantly and snored and I heard all of it
Rooms need better insulation between rooms
Mattress was old and not commensurate with similar properties-
Heater was mercurial and seemed inconsistent as to adjusting to set temperatures-
Same with bed linens
I would not stay here again

Very clean room, excellent price, and the restaurant next to the hotel had a wonderful brunch buffet (only Saturday and Sunday for brunch buffet)! Overall we had a very nice 2 night stay and will definitely be back when we come to visit family!

First, our room was clean. We were placed in an accessible room that was outdated. Our second day we found that the sliding door to the pool was not locked, the lock was broken, but there was a bar to place across the door-but it was not on. The vending machine on the first floor was out of order, and the one on the second floor was out of water.
The poolside room was very loud until 10pm.

We had a poolside room and loved being able to walk right out to the pool. Fun to see a couple other bday parties going on as well. The hot tub jets didn't appear to be working correctly but otherwise it was a great stay.

The place is good, lobby was nice, staff was friendly. The room was mediocre, nice size but there some things as far as upkeep goes. None of the lamps are equipped with charging ports, just plain lamps. The knobs to the jetted tub are stripped could not get the cold side to stop, TOO hot inside room even with AC runing there is no overhead fan to suck out the steam from the jetted tub. Mini Frig the knob inside was sttipped and it was not cold enough so we couldnt adjust that. Just a let down being a Holiday

We did an overnight stay. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool area, also spacious. We stopped in at the bar and they were closing at 8:00pm on a Saturday. That seems early for a Saturday. Also, we ate breakfast at the machine shed, onsite. We ordered the buffet. The food was good, fresh, and there was plenty. They were very busy and not a lot of people working but eventually we got everything we needed.

Despite requesting a room, that was not by the pool, we got a pool facing room. The pool was open until 11 PM and the screams came directly through our windows. The loud children were back in the pool again at 8 AM. As a family, I was hoping my kids would get to bed earlier than they did. I do not blame the people in the pool, but if we did not have earplugs, our stay would’ve been miserable.
We were also surprised that the security latch on the inside of our room door was completely broken, as if someone tried to force their way into the room prior to our arrival. I told the associate at the front desk, and she didn’t seem too concerned.
Other than that, we felt the hotel was very clean, we enjoyed the hot tub and pool (just not the noise), and thought the room was comfortable.

The check in process was the worst I have ever experienced! There were 2 ladies working and one was very pleasant and helpful, while the other (Joy) was exceptionally rude and very nasty to her co-worker and myself. I couldn’t wait to get my key and get in my room away from her! The process was very unorganized and confusing about how I was being charged, still not sure. I also pre-paid for breakfast for 2 online and received nothing from the hotel to verify so. The manager at the restaurant got us a couple discount coupons after we explained we got nothing from the hotel, but still didn’t seem right as we still had to pay for half our breakfast. Feels like I was ripped off by paying for it in advance?

Attended a wedding and the next morning were waken up to house keeping banging on the door just before 9am when check out was 11am, and after bringing it to the front desks attention, housekeeping lied and said they gently knocked before trying to open the door. It is what it is, but for $200 /night in a jacuzzi suite, you shouldn't be waken up to housekeeping "coming in the wrong room"

We had the jacuzzi room and it was amazing! Nice room and tub was huge! Bed sheets were a tad dirty. Pool area in hotel is wonderful! No continental breakfast though.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel a few times for a quick getaway. It is very clean, and the large pool area is a nice place to relax. We also enjoyed our in room Jacuzzi. The attached restaurant has a great buffet on the weekends. (Shout out to Jodi who was our friendly server).
Fun weekend and it didn’t break the pocket book.

My biggest complaint is that apparently the hotel rents out space or lets large groups of people gather and party in the pool area. There was a birthday party attended by at least 50 people. They took all of the tables and chairs from the pool deck and gathered them together leaving very few for others. I saw many of these people come in the front door and go straight to the pool area in coats and boots so I don't think they were staying there. They walked around the pool deck in muddy and snow covered shoes. Lots of food and drinking of alcoholic beverages, talking loudly in language not appropriate for children. There was very little space left for the hotels guests with families to use the pool. The front desk did bring in a folding table and some chairs for 1 other group to use so they definitely knew about the situation.

Staff was friendly and cleanliness was good. However, parking lot needs to be better shoveled. I know the cities have a horrible track record of shoveling the streets but this is a private business. You could do better with the parking lot snow!

The sink stopper is disconnected and unable to plug the sink without reaching under the sink to manually close the drain.
The mattress should be replaced as it is worn out. While on the left side you will roll to the middle of the bed.

Both nights were quiet and overall good, but the last morning before my 14 hour drive home; I was awoken at 7am to doors slamming and kids running around and this continued until 9:30am when I finally just gave up on going back to sleep...if you want a good nights sleep; never take a room close to the pool!!!
