It needs some sprucing up. There needs to be more lighting in the parking lot. It needs sprucing up. cobwebs by the fireplace, burnt socket, hole on the wall due to the hook. Also breakfast started late, need more variety. However I had the best sleep. The mattress was super comfy as well as the pillows. Staff very kind.

Hotel check in staff overall was very friendly. Although I had tried to check in a few hours earlier but room was not ready. No issue there. So I provided ID & Credit Card at that point to ease check in when room was available. Unfortunately, I had to provide ID & CC again, due to first attendant not uploading my info. Also, breakfast was offered with our stay from 7AM-11AM & the food was not replenished in a timely fashion. Guests were standing around waiting for long periods of time just for scrambled eggs. Check out time at 11AM was clearly posted at lobby counter, however when we returned to our room at 10AM, we soon realized hotel staff was already in room preparing it for the next guest(s). Door was wide open held by a towel on the floor. Luckily for us, we had loaded most of our valuables into our vehicle.

We should have been told that the elevators were out before we booked!!!! We were assigned a 3rd floor room because there were no other availability. We even told the desk clerk that one in our party has oseteo-arthritis in the knee. They couldn't help. Overall, the condition of the hotel was horrible. The breakfast area was filthy with tables not cleaned and eggs on the floor.

I didn’t like it and the shower didn’t work it’s not worth $140 a night no way

The only complaint I have is the uncomfortable bed there was a big dip on one side of the bed

I love this hotel. Always clean. Staff is very pleasant.

Elevator was broke, pool was dirty

Hotel was fine. Took awhile to check in. Had a good stay
