I enjoyed listening to the Trains, even at night

Excellent stay! Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. we slept great, and had a great breakfast.

Every staff member we encountered was responsive and polite.

Fairly nice hotel for the area however the toilet was leaking. We told them as soon as we noticed it right after check in. They said some one would come. No one ever did. Also we could smell smoke coming from air conditioner. We then realized that the smoke was from the employee smoke area out back. Our third floor back of the hotel room was located right above it. The main bathroom in the lobby area has three stalls by breakfast area. Only two had toilet paper. My kids enjoyed the small but nice indoor pool and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Arrived late after a long day and the staff was great with our late night arrival.

I don't typically write reviews but this hotel really didn't meet our lower than normal expectations. We arrived after a late dinner and the woman at the front desk was extremely nice and courteous. In fairness we were attending a PSU game the following morning and we were checking out pretty early (6am) so we only stayed in the room for about 8 hours or so. In terms of cleanliness, there was an empty bottle of vape solution laying next to the little fridge in the room. The toilet had a rust stain running down the back (inside to bowl) and the above the ceiling above the shower seemed to have some water damage and was pretty bubbled. I did read the reviews so I was aware that this particular hotel was located near the train tracks so I expected it to be noisy (which it was BUT wasn't too bad at least for our stay). The one staff member that I interacted with was more than fine and because we weren't staying very long it didn't make much sense voicing our displeasure.

There are trains that run during the night on Saturday night near the property.

Room was smelly. Carpet damp/sticky. A train runs right by the hotel and is pretty loud.

The bathroom was dirty the toilet was stained it not cleaned well Wallpaper was peeling stained marble. Dirty ironing board .

I liked the environment and breakfast. I was not a fan of the constant trains that blew their horns so loud just outside.

It was very reasonable. And close to where we doing all our activities.

Train runs behind the hotel frequently.

Cynthia at the front desk went out of her way for everything we asked very nice young lady If we had a vote she would be employee of the month if there is such a reward always talking to everyone with a smile on her face

Staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and cozy. Bed is good if you like a firm mattress. Slept well. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and well-stocked.

Other than a minor hiccup with my room key, I cannot complain. The staff was super helpful and pleasant.

The hotel is ok. The big problem is that trains keep waking people up, sonce it is near a busy train gathering spot.

The train went by every 20 mins and was very loud. I got a eye stye on the side I slept on. I went to the front desk to let them know and get new sheets and the guy didn’t seem to care at all but he did give me the clean sheets. When I did put clean sheets on it, there was a stain on the bed underneath. A large one on the top left corner room 328. Please put on clean sheets next time.
