Extremely welcoming. Staff was super-had free cookies during the day and hot cobbler with ice cream at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Toiletries, coffee, remotes and information were easy to access and use. The location was a block off the middle of Branson’s entertainment strip, well lighted and secure. I really like and highly recommend this hotel.

I was a little leery of staying here as it was priced lower than most and it is an older property, but it was clean, well maintained, and had a full breakfast and cobbler and ice cream at night. What's not to like?

The room was clean and nice. The only thing we didn’t like was no microwave in the room. Breakfast was good, but we had to wait on on the waffle machine because they only had one overall good stay

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. There were many small details from notes from housekeeping and the complimentary dessert time each night from 9-11 p.m. I read on the reviews that they had blackberry cobbler, but there was also apple, cherry, and peach to choose from! I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the closeness to all the attractions. It was really close to the Aquarium on the Boardwalk. Thank you for everything! I will be recommending the stay to family and friends any time that they travel to Branson.

We have stayed here before and were very pleased with the overall experience. Friendly staff, clean room, and we love the extra perk of dessert offered each evening to end the day.

Wonderful stay. The room was extra clean very comfy and cozy. Updated bathroom was a plus and the dessert at night was amazing! Will stay again.

Check in was a breeze...everything was spotless in the room. Very quiet this time of year and a much slower pace in Branson. This was our first-time visit after reading all the positive reviews. Branson's Best truly lives up to its name! Beds are super comfortable and the pillows are nice and fluffy! Five stars to the staff! We'll be back soon!

Hotel in Branson was comfortable. Disappointed as it advertised breakfast, but wasn't available do to it being off season in Branson.

This is a very dated motel that is showing its age. The price was great for what we received. Because of the off season the advertised breakfast was not available and the ice machine was off.

the staff was so nice and our room was clean! they have a pretty nice breakfast in the mornings. they also have cobblers and icecream for desert at night which was a great idea! me and boyfriend had it every night. we’ll be coming back

Room average, tub very old and discolored, shower head needs replaced...does not have any adjustment options and the one setting did not rinse well. Breakfast starts at 8 which is way too late. Breakfast quality not great, and was out of stock on basic items. Staff blamed delivery truck delay...go to the store and purchase the items you are out of. Guests should not be shorted...not our fault. Not provided room tissues.

I did not like that breakfast was it not until 8:00 a.m. I'm an early riser and every other Hotel I've ever stayed at had breakfast at 6:00 a.m.
I would suggest getting USB plugins so we can charge Electronics while we are here.

This was our first time booking here and we were very impressed. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything was in proper working order. It has a full breakfast (so much better than many continental breakfasts) and there was plenty to eat. We especially liked the evening treats of cobbler, cookies, and ice cream offered each night. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and we felt welcomed. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety. The evening dessert was really yummy (freshly baked and warm).

Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Room was clean and in good condition. Complimentary breakfast and evening desserts were wonderful.
Only negatives were the lack of outlets for plugging in phone chargers and the shower felt narrow. We had to unplug the clock, which we didn’t need to plug in our phone charger. I was unable to shower without my arms touching the shower curtain.

First time staying here and we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Just what anyone would want. The cleanliness was very impressive and I am pretty picky. Even the grout on the bathroom floor was clean. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is older but very well maintained. The rooms are some of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I would recommend bringing pillows from home, the ones there are fine but small. It was a cozy room perfect if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Nice basic breakfast. It was a very home type feel.

Only good things to share! We crashed here on a Saturday night. Definitely felt safe. Room was very clean, bathroom appeared newly remodeled. Beautiful Christmas decorations everywhere. Food was good- sausage, eggs, waffles, biscuits/gravy, cereal, yogurt. Staff were very friendly. Great price, would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel room and lobby were clean. Location of hotel was great! We were able to get in and out of the property without any delays with heavy traffic. The breakfast was a regular hotel breakfast..nothing great. The additional reception at night was a bonus. They served hot cobbler and cookies every night along with soft serve vanilla ice cream. Staff were friendly as well.
The property is very outdated. The rooms are small and full of furniture. The beds are extremely soft and a bit uncomfortable The outside is a little unkept and dirty.
Overall, it was a good stay but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Rooms were spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. Rooms equipped with a refrigerator, small coffee maker, T.V., small table, chest of drawers, place to hang clothes, two chairs. The only item missing was a microwave. Offered breakfast and a dessert bar in the evenings. Staff were friendly and accomodating.
