It stunk in the hallways and lots of foreign contractors. They were dirty and most of them did not speak English. The laundry facilities are a joke. The contractors use them and walk off. Don’t care if you have to wait. The rooms were set for several people to stay. Very uncomfortable mattress. No broom or anything to keep your kitchen tidy. It was one of the worst experiences of a Candlewood Suites I have ever stayed in. The area around it is nice. That’s why I was confused it was in the shape it was in. My recommendation is don’t stay here if you like clean and comfortable. Those ratings is a joke.

I feel I got rib off. I booked with Candlewood Suits but they put me at a cheap hotel across from it. I am very allergic to dust and others so this is simply horrible. I want my money back!

Attended Washington Commanders Training Camp and this hotel was close by and inexpensive. The hotel had a kitchen, complete with cooktop, microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, comfortable queen bed and large bathroom. This hotel doesn't have a pool but does have fitness room and small store to purchase items to be cooked or snacks.

Front desk person was an absolute nightmare. I had a picture of my Id and my physical credit card he gave us a hard time like we were criminals. It was me my 7 year old and my wife what a shame.

Overall appearance was run down and had a damp smell within the room and hallways. Our ac unit broke during the night.

Clean hotel with spacious rooms was great for our family. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First room we were given had no heating.We were moved to a far nicer room on the floor above.Staff could not have been more accommodating and kept our bags after check out while we left for a museum

I showed up. hotel was locked and I had no way of reaching anyone. The phone in the lobby went to voicemail. No one called me back in the 45 minutes I waited. I ended up having to book another hotel. Complete failure. The company refuses to do anything to make this right and I am in the process of taking them to small claims court.

This hotel needs some maintenance and updates. The faucet in the tub would not shut off, so it ran the entire time we were there. The main air conditioning system didn’t work for the entire suite. There was a separate moveable unit in the bedroom which was super loud and never cooled the room down so it constantly ran. The sleeper sofa mattress literally was torn apart at the one end and severely stained. Mold in the bathroom. Cobwebs on the light fixtures. Stains on the curtains. The room was a great size. Location was close to everything we needed. People were great. This place just needs some serious TLC, or at least our room did.

Very helpful for our early check-in. We had arrived even earlier than expected, and though the room wasn’t immediately ready, they made it priority to clean it next and contacted us by phone to let us know it was ready within 15 minutes. Friendly staff that recognized us later in the hall and asked how the events were going that brought us into town.

the hotel has a small business center with a printer that is free to use.
the room was clean, hotel was quiet, a mini kitchen in the room with a full size fridge.
the hotel is within walking distance to Wal-mart, Sam's club, Best buy & a Lowe's hardware & the Dulles Town Center Mall.
Several fast food places are also close by.
Wish there was a convenience store closer to the property.
Only 15 minutes from Dulles Airport.

Stay was wonderful just for the evening. Bathroom should’ve been double checked there was hair from previous occupancy or housekeeper. And stained linen should be thrown out instead of washed and reused especially with COVID-19

Smelled of rotten food in the hallways, strong smell of cigarette smoke ALL the time, VERY noisy all night long!! Door propped open at night. Carpeting was sticky. No computers to use

At about half the price of most hotels in the area, this place is great quality for the money. Check in was smooth and the hotel did NOT smell of cigarettes, a major concern with some of the extended stay hotels. The interior is a little dated but the room was clean, the A/C was cold, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was stocked with just about anything you could need, including a toaster, Tupperware, and pitcher. The dishwasher was an added bonus. I stayed for a week, frequently getting in after 7pm and never had an issue finding parking. I would definitely stay here again.
