Was a clean and comfortable place for one night on a road trip. Right by 75, so alot of businesses in the area, but thats to be expected. Nice shower.

Overall appearance was good, you can tell that they are making updates inside the room. Negative Part, I had several bugs in my room which I reported to the front desk.

Didn't even get to stay in my room bc they didn't tell me that there a 100 dollars security deposit So I got screw out of 70 dollars that I payed for my room already

Good stay for the price. The only complain I have is the noise outside of our room in the hall. Loud conversations by staff and loud music by cleaning staff wasn't very respectful of people trying to rest.

Room looked fine until you looked closely. The door lock was broken, hair all over the shower floor, obviously had not been cleaned, snot on the bed, maybe? The water took a while to drain and just overall poorly cleaned. The hotel was not helpful and actually accused us of lying

Shower was nice but water stayed cold. And water splashed out of shower.

I have stayed at this hotel may times in the last 15 years. This time was different. Has it changed hands? It is in the midst of a major remodel but was still quiet and comfortable. My only complaint is that we went for breakfast at 845 and there was nothing, not even coffee.

Neighbours in the room next door were a little loud as they settled in. Not rude loud, just not realizing noise seemed to travel easily into our room.

Great place to stay

Looks like they are upgrading this property. In our room, the hot water took a little while in the shower to get hot. The toilet is not seated the boats were loose. The door didn’t shut right with the main door lock would not lock.

Easy process to check in and it was clean and quiet.

I like the convenience of the property. It was right off the interstate.

They need to finish remodeling. Lighting incomplete, no do not disturb card… it was adequate and you get what you pay for….. walking distance to Cracker Barrel.

Decent property. Great for the money.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is a very convenient location for me. I have stayed here more than several times.

This property was a v very affordable accommodation. The only thing that disturbed me was I was awakened at about 11:00 P.M. with a loud screeching, screaming coming from outside our room. It did not last long but was enough for my sleep to be disturbed for the rest of the night. I have no idea of what was wrong with the person and am sure the lodging had no involvement. Just noting as it was so unsual.

The property is a remodeled hotel. It's nice but the walls and ceiling are thin as we were able to hear the next room's communication.

Although the property looks dated, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was very limited and the gravy was extremely salty, too salty to eat.

Checked all the boxes, gas and food extremely handy and off and on the interstate in 30 seconds. Our room was newly redone and it appears they are doing further upgrades. Only minor glitch was a previous guest had hung up some items on the bathroom door and forgot them, no worries..no harm..likely will be a learning moment for staff

The staff here was great, even going so far as to call and let us know we let behind a toiletry bag when we checked out in a rush to get out. And the renovations look nice, but it’s really a lot like putting lipstick on a big. The hotel has a major infestation problem. We arrived very late and went straight to sleep but we’re awoken by banging from the room next door that sounded like stomping. After turning on the lights, we also saw at least a half dozen roaches from from 1/4 to 1 inch long. While most of them were in the bathroom, we rushed to leave the room when I looked over and saw one on the mattress of the second queen bed. The Travelocity reviews don’t reflect the level of the issues here. A quick visit to hotel’s site reveals hundreds of roach complaints and sightings with responses about pest control actions pending. But honestly, they are missing the big picture—maintenance steps that need to be taken to address access to moisture. The caulking/sealing jobs in the bathroom are poor. Roaches also love to live in the warm/moist places like the fridge cabinets and heaters. They really need to go through and caulk/seal those areas. We stayed in a fist floor room where you could be water damage/bubbling paint from the room above. Fumigating will only affect those bugs that are out and about, and not the nests that are undoubtedly growing in those moist areas.

Upon entering the room there was a rubber burning smell that over took the room I guess from the air conditioner unit. Then we found 4 roaches running around that next morning- the lady at the desk, who was nice, said they had fumigated that week. The beds were very squeaky. We only needed to be there 1 night - we left early! The reviews painted a different picture.

The check in was good. Clerk was friendly. The toom has been updated. Beds were comfortable. Noise wasnt loud considering it was close to interstate.Some small roaches crawling around.

I loved that it was clean and quiet. It definitely needs some furniture upgrades, etc, but I would absolutely stay there again. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

They are renovating right now. The rooms are very nice! However the beds are absolutely miserable. My boyfriend and I both had problems with our legs because our circulation was interupted because the beds were like concrete.

Great stay for an overnight trip in the area. Great room, super comfy bed and really clean throughout
