Normally a great stay but this room wasn't the best broken curtains no hot water

Overall the property was nice. My family and I really enjoyed the pool.

The stay was fine but I was worried as it seemed to be in a sketchy part of town. We had no trouble.

All room entry was from a central interior hallway, but you could park your car alongside your room so that you could monitor your car. The motel has a large indoor pool that looks okay. There were very few other people in the motel the night I stayed. I didn't eat the breakfast, but it appeared to be the standard fruits, yogurts, and cold cereals. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Good value for the price.

Old style motel on historic Route 66. Train traffic at night blowing whistles made it less than restful. Friendly staff.

The extra lock on the door did not have a knob to slide into the lock so the lock was worthless. Trains went by the room and blew a whistle about every half hour.

Beautiful place to stay

It's kind away from shopping and dining. Kids were running all evening in hallway. Nop on sink Foust was broken

I had higher hopes for this hotel than what we got. They have no service elevators to the upper floors. I ended up paying extra to stay in a downstairs room. In the bathroom there dirty towels left hanging. There was also ants in the bathroom. I was very uncomfortable staying there and I will probably never stay there again.

Property is near the railroad tracks on Route 66. The train is barely audible while it is going through town. Within distance of everything you could need while traveling; supermarkets, restaurants, and liquor stores. The indoor pool is the draw for us tho because you can swim no matter what the weather is outside.

I was very pleased with my stay at Super8 in Gallup. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely with Super8 again!

Property is in need of repairs I could not take a shower as I was afraid the ceiling would cave just when I was thinking a little better of the Wyndham hotels chain I get a room like this

Clean room, beds are good. Shower is good. Ceiling in bathroom had water damage. But they are getting a new roof so I think it will be fixed after. Pool is indoor (did not see it); breakfast was simple. No waffle maker. Note the hotel is on a train rail. Trains do make a lot of noise.

Everything was good and the room was clean and the food was good

I had booked this hotel for the night of 9/7 and everything was fine. Was up in monument valley heading back to Albuquerque and decided to book again for the night of 9/8. When I got to the hotel I was told by the manager that my card declined and they had sold my room. I ended up having to get a different room that night. On the 10th I saw my card was indeed charged for the room so I called the hotel. The manager tried to say I no showed which was a lie, I was definitely there the night of the 8th. I called corporate Wyndham but they said because this particular hotel is an independent franchise it’s at their discretion. So this hotel sold the same room twice it sounds like. DO NOT STAY HERE! There are plenty of other nice hotels in Gallup. If there’s a problem corporate Wyndham can’t help their hands are tied because this one is an independent franchise. Don’t want to see anyone else charged for a room they do not get to use.

I like that it is very quiet and I can get a good night rest. The bed was very comfortable

The good: It's cheap and the front desk service is friendly...that's it. The bad: Room 219...It's dirty, there were random hairs all over the blankets, one blanket had slashes in it like someone had taken a knife to it. The beds were not as advertised (king, double, twin) there were two doubles that could kind of be pushed together, another double and a twin. There was a smashed bug on the wall by the phone. The dresser was missing more knobs than it had. It was SO hot! The AC wasn't on when we arrived even though we made a reservation. It took hours to cool the room. The halls were sweltering and the entire place smelled musty. Fridge also was not on upon arrival. The only reason we stopped instead of driving on was the prospect of an early dinner and the kids getting to play in the pool and wear themselves out...got all dressed for the pool and it was closed. Given some half excuse about why. So then we were stuck in a dirty hot hotel room with bored kids. The floor tiles in the bathroom were uneven and rocked when you stepped on them, the bath tub was filthy. The trains could be heard numerous times throughout the night but it really didn't bother us. I thought maybe breakfast would redeem the stay somewhat but it was depressing frozen waffles, bagels and cereal with bananas and apples. Would not stay again. Will believe the bad reviews over the good from here on out.

The room was ok but the microwave was not working, we didn't realize the phone was not working until the morning we were leaving, and the table in the room had a clear plastic cover but was dirty from what looks like sryup. I forget the nice lady's name in the front office but she was able to help us.

Not much to say, the hotel is perfectly fine. Every time I go here I stay at Super 8.

We got the room late in the day. Traveling with grandkids. We each got a bed to ourselves. Awesome.
