Room was clean.Bed was not so comfortable.There was only 3 pillows on the bed.Bathroom was on small side. Everything else was ok no complaints.

1 star is honestly too many! Place was disgusting, unkept and disappointing. All photos are deceiving. The bed was broken and the walls are paper thin. Planned to stay here with a friend after a night in AC and was so embarrassed.
Checked out, no way we were staying the night.
Upon checking out, was not asked if there were any issues or concerns. Now reading the reviews, I see why as it seems to be a common occurrence of early checkouts. Wish I read these reviews in advance which is why I feel so compelled to write one myself. Save your time and money!

First room had roaches they move us to another room the leather couch was pilling super bad almost all the leather was off the couch… then they move us again n this room the toilet was leaking just a lil bit the rest of room was good so we just kept the last room .

The paint is chipping and thats dangerous for kids. There are roaches. And it doesnt look like it has been vacuum in a long time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

perfect location for our needs. We've stayed at legacy many times before, room was clean and comfortable.
Bathroom vent was noisy but not a big deal.

The room I stayed in had a puddle of water that just keep coming back even after I dry it multiple times fridge randomly stop working at times other than that the stay was ok

Saw a roach crawling around on the bathroom floor. The carpet was so old, wrinkly and dirty! The refrigerator did not work. The mattress was thin, flimsy and barely support my husband and I; and we are small regular size people. The toilet is so old, it barely flush properly. It's a shame, the hotel is in a great location, they need to completely renovate all of the rooms!

The hotel is way too old..
As soon as we walked in to the room.. there was a bug in the kitchen..
Turned the llight at night..
there were 10 more bugs on the counter..
since it was storm weekend..
The rain got through the window..
And the next day a chunk of paint fell from the ceiling on the carpet..
Bathroom way too narrow..
Otherwise.. amazing place to relax..
Unfortunately we picked the wrong stormy weekend and the hotel..

Paul and Tara are wonderful. Everything went smoothly. Beds are comfy and towels were all clean. Yes it is older but it is clean. The location is perfect.

I’ve stayed here before but this visit was not good! Front desk check in was no problem however the girl checking us in was not pleasant or welcoming! 1st floor room was not in good shape and had I seen the pics of the room we stayed in, I would not have booked it. We also had very loud neighbors that kept us up all night having a party! The new restaurant has very limited food choices and was not appealing to us! However location to the beach and live entertainment are the positive things about this venue. I’m not sure I will go back after this trip.

When we first arrived we were sent to a room that was surprisingly unpleasant. Furniture worn, musty , terrible.
We’re sent yo next room. We found door open and bathroom area soiled! On to the third room
We walked in and the smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable.
We finally were out in a room that was acceptable for the night.
We were out of there next morning asap
I won’t be going back.

Rooms aren’t very clean nor very nice for the area. The only thing nice about the hotel is the location.

We have been coming to the Legacy hotel for years and we look forward to our annual trip. Unfortunately we will not be returning- the property really needs an upgrade. The condos have very old smelly carpet and all the furniture and couches were also in poor condition. The pool could also use a rehab. The staff were friendly and polite. I wish I had better things to say about the property. I’m sad but unless they do a major rehaul we will not be returning to the property.

This property & building are tired. The staff are not well organized, but the beach and the location are great. There was a room mix up, and staff checked other guests into our room on day 2 & the new guests walked in on us.
In the end, we were with great friends & we enjoyed our beach weekend because we are easy going people.

Awesome location and everyone was really nice but this place is old and the ac was leaking all over the floor.

The room was comfortable, but had a strange smell…the outdoor shower to rinse your feet off is hidden in the back of the building which was hard to find. Maybe a sign or two would help. The employees were very nice and helpful but the building itself need some updating for sure.
