on a business trip and needed a place to sleep, clean up in the morning. Motel served its purpose.

We checked in super late. They were very helpful.

Very clean, quiet and convenient hotel. Would like to have coffee pot and iron and ironing board in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. It would be nice to have outside seating on the entrance patio. This hotel has great promise and potential.

There was hair all over the bed on the pillows on the sheets and the floor was sticky

The hotel is VERY dated. Prob the most uncomfortable bed I've ever paid money to sleep on. Rather than keep the place up, they've filled the pool in and put pavers over it, so it was quite obv. Really run down, but everything else in the area was booked. But it was clean and safe.

No fills. A bed, desk & tv. Small frig & small mw. All low quality. Low quality Dish cable system with slow wifi.No coffee or tea. No lamp in the room. 2 crappy vending machines. One limited soda and one limited snack.

Not the worst motel I’ve stayed in, but not much better than the worst. The staff was kind and attentive, but that is where the positives end unfortunately. The hallways reeked of smoke, weed and mildew and the air quality in the room was musty. There was mold and dirt in every corner & edge, floor and ceiling, the shower curtain was filthy, the inside of the mini fridge was filthy and the bathroom door barely closed. The towels were tissue thin and some also stained/dirty. There was no lamp in the room, just overhead lighting making it very difficult to share a room as a family with young kids going to bed earlier than us. No bath tub either, which doesn’t work with small kids. The beds were acceptable, overall the room was adequate for a person traveling alone who just needs a spot to sleep or maybe a couple, but disappointing for a family considering the nicer establishments we’ve stayed in at the same price point. I certainly wouldn’t book again with the family, nor would I recommend it.

For a motel 6 this was quite clean and staff were helpful! Quiet area too! Beds are really firm, but I enjoy that since I hate soft fluffy beds!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the location was convenient. It is not high end lodging, but we chose it for availability and affordability.

Overall the room and stay were very good. Mattress was new and very comfortable. What I didn’t like: ground floor room with windows that open but no screens. Not enough electrical outlets in room to charge phones, iPad. King size bed with two nightstands but only one bedside lamp.

Broken locks on all 3 doors going to far building where Room 135 is located. No security cameras. Room and hallway stank of cigarette smoke. Caulking behind bathroom sink so eroded, sink moved if you leaned on it. Water in shower takes at least 5 minutes to become hot. Left 1 day into 4 day visit

The renovations are nice

They charged me $25.00 more then Expedia quoted me and so far Expedia has NO PLANS to reimburse me the difference. TV didn’t work, no hot water in shower, no clock in the room, door locks were loose, staff unhelpful if not unavailable.

the room was inconvient, only 1 chair for 2 to sit in, the bed was way too high to comforatbly sit on, you had to hop up on it and that was uncomfortable for my husband to sit on, no coffee maker and things to make coffee with, no breakfast buffet in the morning. We left a day early because of this to go back home. The toilet was crooked, the sink was placed crooked also, no regular tv channels. This was a disconcerning experience

Place is a lot nicer than a few years ago They are doing Reno's as time goes by Been going th this place the last 10 years

Tv was pixelated and very bad signal, no restaurant or room service, no amenities, never stay there again

The room was brand new. Outside doesn’t look that great but the rooms were great. We just stayed one night. Check in was simple and pleasant. You should definitely stop at Bills bread & breakfast. The muffins are to die for!!

The lobby and the room smelled bad. The construction noise interrupted our rest. There was a basic lack of things to be equipped with.

There were no amenities. No breakfast, not even coffee. No hair dryer. Iron was broken. Had to remove our owe trash. Sheets never changed had previous stains.Room cleaning was random. Bath room shower curtain we asked to be changed because of mold. Would not recommend this facility. Our stay was for 7 days. Maybe 2 days we had our room serviced. We changed our owe towels. Not at all like it was represented.

guests in adjoining room/s arrived in the late night hours and proceeded to "party" loudly in room and hall way until after 3:00 AM. I was located next to the lobby but no management intervention to control the situation. Additionally the TV programming streaming does ot work properly. Seem there is inadequate bandwidth to reliably stream the programming. The streaming service provides extremely minimal service, mostly advertising channels only. This could previously be overlooked when the room rates were very reasonable. Now the rates are on par with the mid-scale chains but the service hasn't upgraded. No longer can I consider this a "best value"..

If you are looking for a good cheap motel this is not it. It’s not good and it’s not cheap enough to justify how bad it is. Broken lamp and closet door handle, TV channels that didn’t work, no amenities. Worst motel I have ever stayed in.

When I arrived nobody was at the front desk, I had to wait a while for someone to show up The room was newly renovated and had a heavy smell of fresh paint. I'd have thought they would have ventilated the room. The plug on the microwave was wonky; I had to wiggle it to get it to work. Overall the room was OK and for the price was reasonable.

Basic amenities- Super affordable and clean and great location if you’re going to a wedding at Lord Thompson Manor (5 mins away). Very nice and friendly staff.

It was a good stay good bed and clean

We arrived for check in and the building appears nice from the outside. Once you get in it is very run down. Our hotel bedroom door didn’t lock or have a latch, and our bed sheets were dirty and stained! I told the lady at the front desk who told me that’s not possible and showed her pictures! She didn’t offer any kind of reimbursement

Disgusting establishment, smelled like smoke throughout. Had to go buy bedding and lay it over the supplied bedding because sheets smelled and had cigarette burns in in. Found dead’s bug in hairdryer. Might as well burn the place to the ground and rebuild a new one.

Greeter at the desk not welcoming did not say anything when i told her it was smelling of smoke at least her husband gave us a refund we had to look for another property after being made to wait for 2hours

Coffee maker in room but no cream or sugar went to front desk that don't have any .first night guy staying above us walking moving furniture idk what the hell he was doing all night till 5 am..asked if he was checking out that day as we were staying another night..he was.thank goodness much better sleep 2nd night..bed comfy..could be cleaner..staff was pleasant enough

It was what would be expected for the price

They where experiencing a power outage when we arrived and resolved any and all issues very professionally! Thier management should be applauded.
