A very old hotel that has been re done. When we checked in the lobby smelled musty. Our room key did not work and we had to walk a long way back to the front desk to get a different one. Our room had a distinctive odor of stale smoke and a musty odor combined. The room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable.

I did not stay the night because the hotel was not well maintained. I stayed at a different Hotel. I hope that I can get a refund since i didn't use the room.

The room was clean and well stocked. The employees were very nice, but didn't stay at the front desk. We locked our key in the room and had to wait 45 minutes. The bed was clean and comfortable. 2 out of 6 lamps worked in the room. The building is very old, and the entrance doors are not well maintained and the carpets are old and worn. We had a non smoking room, but it smelled like smoke.

This is a stop for us five to six times a year as we like the area for short trips. We've stayed here for years and have always like the staff and the convenience of the attached restaurant.
But we're hoping the repairs underway get made before our next visit. We needed wi fi to check on work issues, and it was down. The doors to the rear parking lot need to be fixed and locking again for security.
Our room smelled a bit musty and we had to open a window when we arrived.

This site is extremely poor run. There are cockroaches everywhere, the actual rooms are in substandard living conditions. I had to get my workers out of this place after 3 days. The ownership doesn’t care about it.

It was a roach motel. For $134/night I feel robbed. The place hasn’t been renovated since the 70s. Blood spots on mattresses. Prison bunk quality mattresses. 3-inch long centipedes crawling out of nowhere in the bathroom.

It was all around nasty!! Felt like we were going to be murdered. Bathroom was small and very old had stains in the tub. Bed was sooooooo uncomfortable and our pillow are not normal size pillows. Had a weird smell to the place and the curtains were hanging down broken. Not to mention the obstacle it was to even get to our room. I was scared of the bed having bugs! We will never stay again and for sure won’t recommend to others.

I would not recommend this place to anybody it was very unsafe I went to the front desk and told them their side door did not lock anybody could walk in it look like somebody took a screwdriver and pry the lock out of it and she goes oh I guess I should check that the rooms were disgusting I was afraid to sleep on them this hotel was seriously a dump and I have never seen one so bad it would makes me really upset is that I booked this back in April and I trusted Expedia to make sure the hotels were good because it was the first time ever Using this site

Great for the price, convenient off the freeway, we were towing a truck and staff was very helpful with setting up a simple parking spot for us.

This was the best of 3 Quality Inns that we stayed in on our trip. All of the front desk people were outstanding, just some of the Qualty Inns need some love and maintenance.

Room was not very clean - toilet had used toilet paper in it, rag left on desk, floor not well vacuumed. Pretty gross.

The front desk staff was very professional and helped me get a new room when the original room had strong cigarette odor.

We are not as a rule complainers but we feel it's our duty to inform others to try to find a different place to stay.
The building is in very poor condition. The doors to the rooms are extremely loud when they slam. The room was run down, not clean and smelled like urine. Very unpleasant experience.

Bathroom was small but everything in the room was clean. Nice room for the price. Parking lot looks like a battlefield, though.

This motel was older but it was great at half the price of others in the area. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Better then the Ramada

This is our go-to spot in southern Minnesota as it is near the freeway, main roads and many destinations. We need a quiet, clean place to stay oin our trips and this is where we always land.We do miss the pool.

Check in was a breeze. The lady at the desk was very friendly and courteous. Nice having a restaurant attached. The bathtub/shower faucets are in major need of being replaced. Very loose and regulating temperature was horrible. I told the guy behind the desk when checking out and he didn't seem to care about the problem. Everything else about the property was very good.

Black Mold on the bathroom walls - PLUS HOTELS.COM sucks - there is no way to communicate with them - they list this property as no pet charge and the property has pet charges which if you are checking in and find out you can not cancel your booking without getting a full charge for the cancellation so you might as well keep the reservation and pay the additional pet fee.

Nice staff. Excellent bed.
Parking lot had terrible potholes.
Bathtub drain was obviously stopped up with drain out & on floor of tub. Backflow gunk present. And this was after room had been prepped for next guest (us).

Property was ok. But this was listed as a Quality Inn & Suites. But it is really a Economy Lodge. So If I had booked it as and Economy Inn, it would have cost me $30 less. I booked a Quality Inn since I thought it would be a bit nicer. So really felt like a Bait And Switch! (behind the counter it says both Economy Lodge and Qualtity Inn)

Where to start, the bathroom is out of date and dirty, the Wi-Fi barely works...can't even watch Netflix on my computer. The pool is closed, the gym equipment broken. The breakfast......wellll it's anything but... I had to get my room cards reset at least 5 times. Often nobody at the desk. Doesn't have an elevator if your on the second floor. One of the worst place i've been. And I travelling alot.

The hotel is out dated, dirty, and very dark and gross throughout halls and rooms. Bed mattresses are old and stained terribly.
Definitely not worth the price.

Photo on website very deceiving, this is a very tired property . The taps in the shower and sink were very difficult to use.
One positive was that it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

No curb appeal; 2 chair small lobby. But rooms very nice and very clean.
