Beds and chairs too soft. I sat in the chair in my room and 1 in the lobby and in both sunk till my knees were highir than my hips.

The carpet in the room was old and dirty.. The internet was unable to connect to my iPad and my wifes iPad was slow. It was just not a good stay. They use to be a pet friendly hotel and now they are not.

There where bugs in the room floor.

A place to lay my head. They put us in a ADA room...which was fine...the breakfast was good. There is this envelope with the housekeeper's name on it on the furniture that holds the TV. I only left a few bucks. Why? There was syrup or something sticky on the desk where the coffee maker sits. Just missed getting my arm in it. No way you could miss it if you wiped the desk down. Other than that everything was comfortable and clean.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room and every amenity to make the stay perfect. Big, well lit parking lot and the hotel is close to many restaurants.

The room was quiet and the staff were exceptional. However, the room was very neglected and well worn. It smelled of old perfume. The curtains were stained and threadbare. There were dead flies and dust in every corner. There were multiple stains on the carpet. The shower faucet controls did not work properly, and had mildew on the glass doors. One of the bathroom light switches was practically falling off the wall. It was tidy, but the room seemed like it had not been maintained well. There was no way to turn off the ceiling fan which rattled constantly. The TV in the main bedroom area was almost falling apart as well as the other two TV's in the room did not work at all. Overall the environment was quiet, and the bed comfortable, but this suite needs some serious TLC and updating. For the price of my entire stay, I expected something much better than what I experienced. The staff, was wonderful though. Very nice, and very accommodating.

Our room and the amenities are fabulous. In a spacious double-queen room, my whole family appreciates the overhead light, which makes our room bright and usable. The water temperature and pressure in the shower was perfect. Our evening stop here was a great choice.

Amazing staff

Fixtures and wall plugs were loose and looked dangerous. Musty smell in the room. Just not somewhere I’d stay again. The outside of the building was very nice and property itself could be great. Was disappointed in the workmanship of whoever finished the interior.

I mean everything overall was good just that yall had random pll hanging out in the parkinglot stareing pll down i couldnt go out for a cigarette without feeling uncomfortable

When we arrived our room smelled of smoke so the desk agent immediately changed our room.

Breakfast was great…bed was comfortable. TV guide was a bit confusing to get a channel I wanted.

I loved how it's set back in a quiet area with a nice field around it that is kept looking pretty. I like the coffee (room coffee is usually awful but this was good). I love the bathroom heater; you don't see those very often anymore and I love it to be warm in the bathroom when showering. I didn't like that the shower head is 7 ft tall and I have to stand on the side of the tub to reach it. When I turned the water on, the shower was already on and facing the floor so it was quite fun climbing up there and moving it while getting wet. I know I'm on the short side but why must the shower heads be so tall in so many places. Just not necessary at all and makes the adjustable shower head pointless. Also, the sink drain stopper got stuck and I told them as I was leaving in the morning. It still wasn't fixed when I got back after 5. He did come fix it quickly and it didn't take long but that was only due to my call to the desk to complain. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I also loved the ceiling fan! You never see that in hotel rooms. I would definitely stay there again.
