Spent 4 hours looking for just the right hotel with all the ammenities and location we needed only to find out when we got there that the pool was closed. We also found out the next morning that all the breakfast meat (bacon amd sausage) for the whole week (it was Thursday morning) had been consumed by construction workers who were staying there. Which was not really the hotels fault. The lady who was keeping the rest of the breakfast stocked was excepional. She was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping came by to restock towels and such but did not take out our trash. The door handle fell off of the door but thankfully my husband found the screws on the floor and put them back in. It was not a bad place to stay but at the time we were there, we had several inconveniences. I would stay again and hope that the little problems we had would habe been corrected.

Very nice location, if a bit of a circle to get too. Check-in was fantastic with Debra(?) whom was very friendly. Very disappointed in pool closure, as that was a big factor in choosing location. Love the eco-friendly soaps/shampoos vs travel size. Lots of pillows and comfortable beds Screen door on patio broken- off track, broken and very dangerous.

The bed was amazing. Breakfast was not the best. We came down about 8am but thwre was nothing cooked. The hostess was late. This was our 2nd stay at thisnlocation and both times the pool was in operable.

This is a great hotel and the restaurant net door is excellent. The morning breakfast was top notch and the lady managing the area was very pleasant and made certain all were satisfied,

The ladies front desk are awesome! They are so friendly and helpful. We have stayed here several times because it’s close to the aquarium and convenient. However, the quality of the rooms has gone down. They need to be refreshed. The first room we were in had a bed that was so sunken in that we had to move to a different room. The new room has a toilet that ran and ran and sink that did not drain. I would stay here again because they are so sweet and the rooms are mostly good but management needs to address some of the room issues.

I was rather impressed by this room. Pillows were amazing, room was modern, clean and in great condition. The staff was friendly and it was a great experience. I came for a medical procedure and it was a comfortable stay.

Several small things werent working well: TV, a lamp, toilet not flushing completely. We have stayed here before and will stay here again, but this time was not as great.
