The host was very courteous and breakfast was excellent.

Got the room that i requested and staff was friendly. BUT i do not recommend the Harris restaurant on premises. The $36 ,dollar filet mignon was dry, tough, and over cooked to medium/,well when we had ordered medium,/ rare the gorganzola cream sauce we ordered on the side was watery and extremely salty.good thing we ordered on the side. It was great when it was the Millhouse steak house. The company who runs it now is a disappointment. We won't stay again

From Check-in to Check-out Customer service was EXCELLENT! My room was clean and the bed so comfortable I wished I had time to lounge in it and read a book. Thank you for a wonderful evening of rest.

The Staff was very friendly. Rooms are not good for noise, until 11 pm kids were running down the hall from room to room that could be heard over a white noise box.

The beds were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. However, the shower was clogged. There was no one present on the property to do anything about it. We called the front desk and were advised that a maintenance person would be there around 7 AM. However, when we called again in the morning, we were told that no one would be there until around 9 AM. We showered with about 3-4 inches of water in standing in the tub. The shower also just shot water out and would not adjust.
The front desk was very apologetic and nice about everything.

Everyone was very nice and helpful with our stay. Very clean room. The restaurant has a very good stay and the food was good.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the last month and have been very pleased. I did notice that some rooms are either renovated or in better condition than others, but even the room that was a little dated was acceptable in cleanliness and tidiness which is what matters most to me. Their front desk staff is always very friendly and they have an onsite restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner which is super convenient.

Our room was not ready for more than an hour after check in and nothing was done to compensate. Despite having voucher for free kids meal, we were still charged for a kids meal.
Called IHG and they said it was an Expedia problem. As an IHG member, I’m incredibly disappointed.

I was not provided with the handicap room on the first floor. I just had surgery and when I booked this reservation, I asked for the first floor three weeks ago. I also couldn’t believe that we had to pay for breakfast. For the price of the room, at least they could provided free breakfast all the other hotels do it

Just passing through on our way to Florida from northeast. Hotel was convenient and clean in common areas. The room was comfortable and somewhat clean. Not as clean as I would have liked.

Stopped for a quick overnight on our drive from Pennsylvania to Florida. The restaurant was delicious and quick. The king size bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on! After 15 hours on the road it was just what we needed.

Easy, quick, friendly check in. The property is very nice, clean, up to date. The room and amenities were excellent and at a very reasonable price point. Parking is free and easy, well lit for safety purposes. Breakfast was not included and they ran out of complementary coffee in the lobby. Id stay here again.

The property was in s good location. My room had a comfortable bed. However, the lamps and cords were very dusty and dirty. The refrigerator did not work properly. There were no usb ports in the room. The rooms just need to be updated.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was wonderful. As I arrived on the property, the front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly. He secured my reservation, and asked if I needed anything special for my stay. The room was elegant and spacious. The Housekeeping staff was nice and friendly upon my checkout. I will definitely choose Holiday Inn for my next stay, and I pray that I received points for my Hotels.com account.

This property is very nice. The rooms are updated and clean. The lobby area is very nice and clean. The restaurant food is delicious and the service is great. I will definitely be booking again when I'm in the area.

Rooms are in need of an update. Furnishings had stains and carpet had spots. Walls were banged up and the room was definitively weathered. The lobby area was very nice and the front desk staff was so nice and friendly. This hotel would be really nice if the rooms and furnishings were updated and replaced.

Chad made our stay worth every dollar we spent to stay at this hotel. My daughter even loved the room and hotel which made me feel even better about it because I value my kids opinions. Great stay! If I'm ever in the area again this hotel will be my first choice.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Room was extremely clean. Hotel staff at front desk were super nice. Only one complaint:
Tv station selections. Cd. Only get 2 regular type shows. Rest was just news & “junk” shows.
