We stayed for a family vacation. We really wanted to go on the waterslides. For the most part the stay was enjoyable. Unfortunately though the prestige is one of the most expensive hotels to stay at in PG and we thought that would reflect in services/cleanliness of the hotel. The pool could have been cleaner. There was no continental breakfast, and we were charged 30 dollars for a pet fee. I've never had to pay that much for a pet fee before. Some hotels have even waved the pet fee for us when they see that we have a 4 pound tiny dog. The shower wouldn't stay at a consistent temperature either. The handle would flop around and change temperature on you mid shower. Also had to crank on the AC at the end of March with it freezing outside just so I wasn't way to hot In the hotel room. The next stay will not be with the Prestige

Was a wonderful weekend. Prestige has updated the hotel, and expanded. A friend and I played a couple games of cards in the foyer. Lots of laughs, was nice to have the opportunity to have a spot to visit. Very helpful and polite. Rooms were clean, pretty much all you needed. I would recommend a couple of bottles of water.
Definitely would come again.

Just an overnight business trip. Big spacious room but lacked a desk or table which I needed. I had to work with my laptop in my lap!

everything was fine except the people above us had kids running around making lots of noise late into the night then again early in the morning..never hardly slept

The property is fine for the price. The casino makes parking very difficult. The rooms were not that clean.

$1,000.00 deposit is excessive for 1 night, 2 rooms. Stayed before but this is too much craziness. Some weird lady stroked my arm while having appies in the casino lol. Weird trip.

My room was very hot, the AC didn’t work at all. I’ve stayed here before and had better room that wasn’t so hot. The older building seems to be lacking compared to the new side.

Room was nice although you could hear other guests. Shower head have little power, water saving heads dont savebif you need to use the shower 3 times as long to rinse off.
Beds comfortable and tons of pillows which is a plus to me.
