Policy for this hotel states service dog is exempt from fees and front desk lady was insistent on us paying. Asked to speak with Manager. Nothing was done. The breakfast was basically toast. The juice machine broken. The food area dirty. Front Office person was no where in sight.

It seems the hotel is undergoing some updating maybe? Like some things were painted and had new carpet, but maybe they are not finished? Definitely felt like a transition phase without any active construction. The breakfast was terrible, hardly call it a breakfast.
It was a fine hotel, next time I’ll pay just a bit more and stay somewhere else.

Bathroom floor was dirty, coffe was awful, breakfast was white bread for toast and cereal. Overall, not a good experience.

Not clean. Sheets and blankets were stained and gross looking. Shower looked like someone had punched it and ripped the priginal shower curtain out of the wall. Looked like it hadn't been vaccumed in forever. Elevator smelled like cigarrettes.

No body was ever at the front desk. The breakfast hours were posted but there was next to nothing to eat or drink and the lights were off in the middle of the posted hours. The furniture was quite tired in the room.

The quality of this hotel is very poor! Take it off your list!
Poorly maintained, little to no WIFi. Breakfast was not existent. Room smoke detector was not present. No amenities. No sure how it could have an overall 7.6 rating unless someone is cooking the books.

Empty. Had a great room last year. This time, small musty room. Wife has respiratory issues so she had trouble. Bed was a small queen at that and uncomfortable. Worst free continental breakfast ever! Won't be back.

No one was ever at the front desk. When they did come couldn’t get us checked in because computer was down. POOR internet. Advertised a hot breakfast the only thing hot was the toast and juice. Only toast, cereal, fruit and yogurt offered. 1 of 3 ice machines worked. Computer in lobby was not even hooked up.

When we went to check in, there was no one at the front desk and when the desk clerk came out he could barely speak English.
The room we were given wasn't clean, the floors weren't vacuumed or they were vacuumed by a blind person, the window sill was filthy with dirt and dead flies, the toilet was plugged and the bathroom floor had hair and bits of paper or some sort of pieces of wrappers scattered about.
I asked management to relocate to us to another room. This room was cleaner but not near as clean as it should have been. The bath towels were small and thin, the soap bar furnished was about the size of a fifty cent piece, there were only two cups to use and only half a roll of toilet paper was in the bathroom, no extra roll.
A hot breakfast was included which included cold cereal, four glazed doughnuts and and a handful of white bread for toast, that was it!
Bottom line, if you are looking for a $35 room and are willing to pay $68 for it, this is the place to stay!

The ownership is doing their best to bring this hotel up to the previous brand name ownership. Only three or four guests there on Feb 6th when we stayed. Room comfortable but only one light out of three working in bathroom. No one around at breakfast time and rather unappetizing food. We stayed at this hotel for years because location is good, but it has gone downhill.

It was very easy to check-in and check out. It was VERY quiet and I really appreciate that. I enjoyed this, my third stay, at Helena Airport Inn.

Quiet. Comfortable. But simple things like trash cans over filled and trash around the facility. Breakfast access isn't during the posted hours. Waffle maker is broke. Simple things like heat register end caps laying on the hallway floors the entire time. The staff stays inside an office unit and is rarely seen at the front desk. Must buzz them and they don't always answer. Concerned more about payment and a pet fee than just the basics of keeping a motel clean and safe and enjoyable. Would I stay there again? Yes.

The staff very nice at check in. The room was big, spacious and Clean.
The bedding sham a bit torn on one bed. The bathroom well had a few maintenance issues. The biggest issue was the mold on the ceiling over the shower. The fan is loud for no reason it doesn't vent the steam. The whole bathroom fogs up.
The second big issue why do you put the coffee maker and stuff in the bathroom. All that space they could put an actual stand for the microwave and coffee maker.

Not a great location in terms of property placement. It does have easy access to highways, gas stations and a 24hr diner. The room door setup on the ground floor can be very noisy.
It was a clean, cheap and convenient place for me to sleep a couple nights while visiting family.

The place needed some minor repairs or upkeep. The room was fine, and really warm for such a cold evening. The staff were friendly and always seemed busy.
I thought because it is at the end of a runway, it would have some noise associated with it. But was pleasantly surprised I never heard any kind of noise from outside, very quiet, in fact.
Breakfast is from 6 am to 9 am and because I was leaving early I went at 6 am. Nobody was there. The bisquiets and gravey were started but not hot yet. In fact, I never saw anyone while I was there except at check-in. The person that checked me into the motel, was really nice.
I didn't need anything, but it would have been more comforting to see that there was someone there if I did need anything.
All in all it was a pleasant experience for me.

We weren’t quite sure what to expect when we arrived at the property — the landscaping looked pretty rough and there were just a couple cars in the lot. However, when we went in, the lobby was clean, modern, and smelled fresh. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean except cigarette left on bed spacious room new building front desk will come out to greet you after they see you on camera a little weird. Continental breakfast was ok quite a few options but biscuits were hard sausage gravy kind of cold.
All in all room was fine and quite large and affordable. very quiet parking lot was a bit scary but nothing bad happend

I walked in alone as a woman and there was a creepy man lingering trying to talk to me going in. Felt unsafe. When I walked in took 5-10 minutes before I was helped. Staff was cold. Went to my room. The room was already open before going in. The room was averagely clean. Felt uncomfortable. Super thin walls and felt like every movement I did or step 3 rooms down could hear me. Felt wrong even using the bathroom because I didn’t want to wake other rooms up. Not my favorite

Badly managed. Only stayed because waitress from across the street recommended this place was clean. Everything was run down in the room. Restroom was not clean. Shower curtains moldy. Office chair was was torn and falling apart. Breakfast was terrible. Orange juice was like some cheap mixed drink. By the time we came down to breakfast room the place was trashed. Needed a good place to rest before heading to Yellowstone. Place was so unclean family was unable to get a good rest. Found out it used to be quality inn and got unbranded due to poor quality standards. Don’t usually write reviews but please don’t waste your money here.

I was in the room next to the laundry room. The hours are posted on the door and it's supposed to not be used after 10PM. Someone continued to use the laundry room till after midnight. In general, I was pleased with this motel and the stay.
