Property is a little dated, but okay. Room was clean. Good value for the price for a quick overnight stop.

The beds and sheets were clean. Everything else felt dirty. Bugs in the bathroom, huge stains on the floor, tv cabinet pulled away from the wall so hanging and exposed cords were visible. Just not a comfortable stay

Friendly staff. Breakfast basic but good. Quite room. Was surprising especially the motel in next to hwy. Carpet in room needs to be replaced. Didn’t feel comfortable walking bare feet on it. Hallway carpets should be replaced or just epoxy on concrete. The door to our unit was previously busted in and not repaired so was a bit paranoid to stay. Otherwise all good

Staff is accommodating

The stay was ok for the bad reviews we had read. The only thing I noticed was there was a cobweb above our bed so maybe a little extra cleaning would help. Other than that we noticed that you can’t plug in the microwave and fridge at the same time. The staff was very helpful and friendly

BLACK MOLD PROBLEMS Very disappointed in the service and unacceptable condition of your property for Rooms 203, 205 and 207. These units should not, according to BC Interior Health, be given to a unsuspecting customer. BLACK MOLD IN BATHROOMS OF ANY UNIT - IN MY CASE ALL 3 UNITS! I explained my room #203 had Black Mold in the bathroom and requested to be moved to one of the Front Units after #205 had same mold problem. I was told they were fully booked. Room #205 that had even more Black Mold and loose tiles around the tub faucet. Third room #207 was just as bad again, carpet looked old and dirty! The bedding had holes in it like cigarette burns in several spots. How is it possible (cover blanket) not disposed of and replaced with a new one??? Your cleaning staff would of been aware of its [used] unkept condition long ago. I didn't pay for my room to be moved to 3 different units, after checking in. This is absolutely unacceptable. Your Black Mold issue is being reported to the BC Interior Health due to the Severe Health Risk to your future customers, as you don't seem to think this is a health issue. I will never stay at your property ever again!!!

In need of updating but room and facilities were very clean and the price is very reasonable. Breakfast is included which is a bonus.

Staff was awesome great room

It was cheap and all I needed but having a shower that doesn’t drain is gross.

The room smell terrible, report to the front desk clerk that the refrigerator wasn’t working , instead of saying sorry. She responded by what do you have that need to be in the refrigerator. And you need to checked if the refrigerator was plug in. The young girl were quite rude.

1. floor Carpet super dirty. 2. A bug climbed on my face while I was sleeping. (too bad I cannot share picture here. I will upload pictures on google map review.) 3. breakfast has basically nothing. no eggs not any meat. only bread, yogurt and coffee. 4. door is broken before, can be easily broken into. 5. door pass can be demagnetized easily when you put it with your phone. 6. whole facility is very old and not properly mantained. 7. blanket is not super clean. not sure it was washed regularly (pictures will be uploaded to google maps.) Not recommended.

The rooms are old and can use a bit more thorough clean. Some paints need to patched up and walls to be repaired. Also, noise from next door guest is very audible. They do have a very basic breakfast though.

I travel a lot and stayed at some not so great places, but this is the first negative review I have ever left anywhere. The room i got looked nothing like the pictures online. The carpet was so dirty that I felt gross walking on it. I usually shower before bed but didn't see the point. The room smelled like it had been a smoking room since this place existed and has only recently turned into a non smoking room. I started laughing sitting on the toilet looking at the rusted shower rail and the lose tile under my foot, thinking to my self I'd be embarrassed to even offer this room to anyone. The frosted windows looking out onto the parking lot were actually just really REALLY dirty, and when i went to check on breakfast it was basically just toast. If i knew i could upload pictures here I would have taken some. One positive is that there is an A&W just down the street where you can get a pretty good breakfast for $14.00. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra whatever and go somewhere else. I got suckered by the pictures and the price ... you get what you pay for I guess.

The breakfast that was to be included did not happen, the office door was still locked at 10 am when we left.

Overnight stay. Friendly and quick service. Easy to find. Restaurant next door and bar down the road.
