The hotel is not in great shape. Older. Tired. Not bad. But definitely not one of those brand new Hampton Inns.

I was very surprised by the rating of this hotel, and when you arrive. The hotel amenities are outdated in some of the rooms. I have several complaints to the front desk who told me everything was rain weather related. My heater did not work. My TV did not work. It was just a horrible experience. Customer service rep didn’t even acknowledge you or apologize. They just said well they were busy and that’s it.

Check in time is 3pm. Our room was not ready until 440pm. We sat in the lobby and waited.

Great hotel for our quick trip. Love that a big breakfast is included and parking is super easy. The bed was too firm for us but the room was overall in good condition and very comfortable. The staff members were all so friendly and helpful.

The front desk associate was great as well as the manager and received an upgrade at no cost thanks again.the room was immaculate everything was extremely clean

When we arrived the toilet had been used and a used hand towel was on the sink. We wiped down the bathroom ourselves with bacterial wipes. Just very odd

Our stay was amazing clean and the suites are big enough for 6 people, the staff is respectful and courteous as well as very helpful. We had a great time here I highly recommend it. Is about 20 minutes from the casino and there are many places to eat nearby. I really liked it.

Hotel needs serious updating. USB ports on one side of bed did not work. Bathroom was nothing special. No table. Coffee maker was strange. TV out of date and no access to streaming. Stay at Soboba hotel if you can.

I liked everything about it except that I could hear noises from other rooms, which wouldn't have bothered me except that they started at 5:12 am when someone's alarm went off and woke me up, and continued from then.
I especially commend the hotel staff, as they were all very friendly and helpful.

Kristen was adorable and very helpful. She was engaging and made sure we had everything we needed and all the info about the pool, breakfast and all other amenities. I will stay again.

Seemed all employees but one were in a bad mood while trying to check-in. I got the room I asked for which was nice, but it probably could have been cleaned better. Everything in the main lobby was nice and clean, it makes the place look very nice at least just be kinda cautious with the room. Other than employees making things a little awkward by being in a bad mood and a room that just seemed like it could have been cleaned slightly better, I appreciated the stay anyway and will return to give Hampton another chance sometime. It is definitely a safer location in Hemet with a lot of shopping and dining options in the area as well.
