This is a value-priced motel and provides an adequate facility for the money.

Motel under renovation...Nothing fancy but perfect for an overnight stay...Handicapped room needs more bars to get up from the toilet...and needs a small counter by the sink..Relatively quiet ...Strange but pleasant sound of a train whistle in the early morning hours..Bed very comfortable and TV worked well...as did internet.

The sheets were questionable as to whether they had actually been changed. The room was dirty and had roaches.
Everything was really very bare minimum. There weren’t any Kleenex in the room.

Could use a deep cleaning. Not much to do in the area. Was an ok stay but definitely need a deep cleaning and change out the mattress and mattress covers you can see the blood from bed bugs on the mattress covers. The quilt on top has burn holes and stain on them in a non smoking room. There was mold throughout the room on the ceiling, lampshade, and floors. If I owned the Wyndham company I would definitely inspect my sister hotels before I would have my name associated with the business. Breakfast consist of toast, cereal and waffles. Room 112 and 118

First I did not even stay at this hotel. I asked to see a room before checking in and found multiple stains that appear to be blood stains on the sheets of the first room. I asked to see a second room and upon opening the door saw a massive puddle of water in the floor. I went back to the desk and asked to cancel my reservation.

The lamp on the bedside table was terribly rusty, and the AC plugs did not work. One of the bedspreads had a hole in it, probably caused by a cigarette. It was very inconvenient from room 115 to get ice, as the back of the motel was blocked off and we had to walk a long way back to the room. The breakfast was not great at all. Only two kinds of dry cereal, and only bread for toast. Waffles were O.K but some bacon would have been a welcome addition. The TV only got a few channels, but that was probably not the fault of Super 8. They said it was due to Idalia knocking out power. Still, it should have been fixed. The pool was closed, which was a bummer. Also, when we tried to check in at 2:15, the desk clerk said there would be a $25 charge for "early check in".

My wife booked a room on the way home from vacation and accidentally booked the wrong hotel. We booked through Expedia and when we asked for a refund or to stay at a different super 8 location the answer was no and the money was non refundable. As far as I’m concerned if u do not stay at a hotel you should not be charged the full 80 dollars and not be offered a refund. Super 8 hotels suck and I highly recommend u spend your money more wisely that that place. Maybe somewhere that is honest. Again super 8 sucks. That’s all.

Traveling from North Carolina to Florida and needed a place to stay, glad I stayed here, the rooms were clean, freshly remodeled and staff was friendly, would definitely recommend and stay here again

I love staying here it is driving distance from Helton head Tybee Island and Savannah. I have always been greeted friendly never had rude interaction with any of my stays. They where doing some work around the neighborhood but other than that it was wonderful.

Said I had booked a smoking room. I think not, but clerk changed for me. The pool was closed in 95 degree weather. Later the tv signal was lost and night clerk not very helpful

When checking in room was nasty dirt was on the floor covers had spots on them like they haven't been changed when asked about a refund for the 2 days i booked she said no she couldnt we only walked in the room and walked out she refused to give me corporate number by saying she didnt know it worst experience i have every had the property is not how it looks on the pictures on line it looks bad

Stopped here for the night on our trip to Florida and checked in. First room the electricity didn’t work and found multiple roaches running around. Second room was dirty and found more roaches running around and hiding in the mattress along with condom wrappers under the mattress and sheet. We didn’t expect it to be perfect being a cheaper hotel right off the interstate but it was beyond nasty and could’ve been cleaned better than it was. We then checked back out and found somewhere better in a different area. The lady working at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and made it right and approved the refund through Expedia. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Room was nasty sheets dirty n torn everyday was some issue it was just totally in called for. They are doing construction there and in the road. They are also trying to do some remodeling. Pool was closed whole time there. Breakfast consists of bread for toast waffels and cereal coffee n juice not what i would ever had been to one breakfast with that being considered breakfast. Believe me if I felt like I had a better experience it be different but would never stay here ever 💯. It was pourly ran they was aware of every issue and never scted like it was a priority or handled correctly

The place is unsafe, the facilities are very dirty. The rooms have a bad smell apart from the fact that the refrigerator and the bathroom were super dirty. the bathroom had no light. the mirror was broken. I did not stay since that is not suitable for people and much less children.

There was blood on the wall and the bed. The electricity only worked in half the room. The pool was closed. It had been all summer but they still list it on the amenities. The entire area around and in the room smelled like pot. The bathroom was filthy. The shower was coming out if the wall. The bath towels were about the size if a regular hand towel.

I called ahead because I had two dogs with me and the woman working the front desk was so friendly and informative. The hotel was recently renovated and we were given a renovated room even though we had our two dogs with us. Breakfast was available from 6AM to 9AM and the parking was free. The water in the shower was hot (and good pressure). The shower never got cold despite people taking showers back to back. Also, the hotel was very well lit and I felt safe parking/walking around at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay there again the next time we are near Hilton Head.

Owners need to either sell to a chain hotel so the property gets renovated
I had one day of hot water in 8 days, had to talk to front desk about it. Pool is unkept and not operational. The owners should re invest into the property or sell it IMO

The bed and pillows smelled like old sweat. I had to remove the sheets and spray the bed with febreeze and let it dry and then replace the sheets. I went and bought 2 new pillows bc I wasn’t laying my face on sweat filled pillows.

The whole time we were there housekeeping didnt come to the room except one time and that was to bring us towels and the pool wasnt even open. Some guests next to us were being loud and the hotel did nothing when i made a complaint.
