My stay was canceled by the hotel even though I booked in September. I had to stay elsewhere. We were staying for a sports event and had to immediately find other accommodations.

It was a great stay. Accomodating with an upgraded suite. Beautiful place

Hotel was very clean, and beds were very comfortable! But our room keys were defective and had to be "recharged" three times- making 3 inconvenient trips back down to the lobby. Also a free breakfast was not there as advertised, and that was dissapointing. Some small items were available to eat( granola bars & muffins) at an extra charge.

Staff very exceptional! Cleanliness excellent! Room just ok do you the fact that the curtains did not close all the way only sheers and the arcade lit up our room and flashed, also the AC/Heat fan when turned back on again and again it rattled and made loud noise and the tv cable signal kept going out!

My stay at Holiday Inn Manahawkin/Long Beach Island was excellent. The front desk associates were very friendly and courteous and the check in and out process was excellent and quick!

Good overall. Loud ac/heating unit, was not able to set it to low fan setting. Kept waiting up due to ac/heating unit noise. Also, would be nice to offer breakfast during the week days m-f.
Carpet in room separating at seam. Shower door hardware at front area looked dirty and very aged.
Room basically needs refreshing.

Absolutely beautiful property, receptionist are truly the nicest people, helpful. The restaurant to the arcade to the weight room, just an outstanding stay. The only thing I couldn’t enjoy was the hot tub, chemicals were too strong for the eyes and lungs. But again everything else was excellent very nice property and the pool is nice and warm with a cool basketball hoop for the kids to play. Will be back again.

Most expensive Holiday Inn, I’ve ever stayed at and they did not offer a free breakfast as all other holiday inns do. It is a beautiful holiday inn, though.

Overall we had a nice stay. I will however say that unless you plan on staying only over the weekend, the option. To include breakfast is not worth it. Save your money. Full breakfast is only available on the weekends at the on-site restaurant. During the week your included breakfast is literally from the market, so cereal, pre-made burritos you can get at Wawa, coffee, pre-packaged muffins etc.. Also, the go-carts were an awful experience. My son was one inch too short to ride alone so I had to ride with him. We were assaulted when 7 people decided that they were all going to bump into our car at the same time. I was screaming for help, the race was not stopped and all the kids working there were extremely nonchalant about the whole incident. I filed an incident report with the manager on duty, but I’m not confident it was actually addressed. Needless to say, I probably would not stay there again. I would recommend looking into another hotel if you want to go to LBI.

I enjoyed everything only issue I had was with Wi-Fi which is important! I asked front desk and he said all seems fine but lady by the pool said the same thing and couldn’t get anything, other than that I love the place and will be probably visiting again maybe this time with a signal booster hahahahaha

Property was nicely renovated in the lobby and restaurant and other common areas but the room smelled like a wet dog with old, heavily stained carpeting. They should remove all carpeting and replace with vinyl flooring.

Very nice place but way over priced. If you need to do any kind of important work with the internet, do not stay here. The internet speed is horrible and keeps going in and out. The room we were in had a walk in shower which was great. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was very nice.
