I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. Staff was friendly, I loved the extras from the complimentary cookies and juice to a sitting room with a TV and games. Continental breakfast was delicious, the pool was nice as well, the water temperature was perfect and the hot tub was great! One other feature I loved about the hotel was that it was pet friendly, they gave us a bag that had treats, poop bags and a ball. Overall a great hotel!

The hotel is very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Illness prevented us from staying for the second night of a 2-night stay, and the staff did not hesitate in refunding the cost of the second night.

Very nice hotel. Lobby was very inviting. Staff was very wonderful and helpful. Our king size suite was fabulous. Pool and whirlpool was clean and relaxing. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Short-staffed at the front desk. Had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up when we checked in. Perk - they had lemonade and cookies to keep us occupied.
Had some noisy families that let their kids play tag in the halls and we were right next to the stairs, so there was a lot of running/stomping up and down. When I tried to call the front desk to complain after "quiet time," I found our line did not go thru. I walked down to make complain in person. I have to say, once a complaint was made, the desk clerk did take things into their own hands and the noisey antics ceased almost immediately. (THANK YOU!!)
Overall, a nice stay although I think the price was high for what we paid for.

Evening shift (after 5:00) personnel wasn’t very friendly for a desk clerk. He always seemed bothered. Stayed 3 nights and each day we got back to our room neither of our keys worked and had to get them recoded. Asked for a quiet room and where did he place us right across from the elevator and on the main floor. The beds were probably the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on, felt like a plank with a rug on them. The place was very well kept and and housekeeping did a great job. Convenient location as well.

It was very clean, very nice, the only thing stopping me from giving it a glowing recommendation is the beds were hard. I didn't sleep very well and woke up many times during the night. Breakfast in the morning was great and overall we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

We liked that it was a nicer hotel for the area. Our room had a weird smell with what I believe was the carpet. They have nice touches like cookies and punch at the check in desk. Coffee and snacks.

Rooms were clean and updated. Only thing we had a prob lem with was there was no place to put washcloths/towels when using other than little knobby things on back of door and on wall. Really needs towel bars.

It was very close to the Bluffs so I could visit my Mother easily. Convenient stores nearby but the view of a shopping center was rather ordinary. Breakfast food was OK but not much variety in the hot food. Not a fan of biscuit and gravy and that appeared two or three mornings.

We were welcomed with cookies and drinks at check-in. They have coffee and tea out 24/7. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. The rooms were clean and modern. Nice pool and hot tub. Overall, great experience!

The motel was conveniently located to where we needed to be.

Stay was great. Pet stay room was just as expected. Room is located next to side entrance. Pet area close to door. Rooms were nice. Hotel looks updated. Location is walking distance from plenty of options for food and pleasure. Free breakfast had all the essentials. Will definitely recommend.

I always like staying here when we’re in the area but I feel the carpet needs to be replaced in the rooms and the elevators. It’s starting to look outdated.

Staff was great- very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was fantastic, breakfast was wonderful. My kids loved the snacks set out at the check-in desk daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This was the best motel we stayed at on our entire UP trip. We paid over $200 for motels that were not nearly as nice. Country Inn and Suites was clean, comfortable beds, had a super nice bathroom, and had free cookies and lemonade in the lobby!
