Clean comfortable, good breakfast.

Our stay was good. Fairly peaceful (our room was on the highway side). Had a sink that drained slow, let front desk know, it was taken care of while we were out for the day. Jacuzzi tub in our room was awesome! I will say they need to fix curtains so thru will close without blocking AC. Speaking of AC... it cooled the room but wouldnt keep room cool overnight. Little warmer than I would like for sleeping. Overall its a fine place to stay. What staff we dealt with were friendly. Coulent tell you about breakfast....it doesnt start until 7. We had to be gone by 630 to make our job on time

Indoor pool was handy for a winters day. The pool was kinda murky though and the walls of the pool were in need of cleaning, my teen did not pay much attention however I omitted swimming because of it.
Carpets in our room were vacumed however they need cleaning or replacing. Bathroom was small but clean. Comoforts needed replacing, they were lumpy

Heater did not work properly and it was freezing all night! When they know someone is checking into a room they should turn the heater on. Two of the pillow cases were dirty with makeup stains and the beds had two metal bars sticking out of the sides. The outlet by the one bed let out a shock when i unplugged my charger and the bed outlets did not work, and there was a stain on the carpet as well. There was black mold in the shower and we didnt even use the shower because it was dirty and unclean!!

Quiet and walking distance to downtown. The hotel is a little dated and worn, but still very nice. We had an issue with our thermostat but April (staff) was amazing! She found us a comparable room close (we didn't have to move all our stuff far) and was apologetic and so nice. The pool is nice and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again!

Overall it was a nice place, Clean, and quiet. The only thing that was not good was the coffee. It was very watered down in the breakfast room and you had to ask where that was.

The TV control in the room did not work; there was no kleenex in the room; and there was no towel bar by the shower.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. Only thing lacked in our room were hand towel holders. Staff were super nice and helpful. The lobby was very conducive to visiting, watching tv and playing games. ( mite add another game/puzzle table. ). Would definitely stay again.

I have been staying in a lot of motels along the road lately and this one was disappointing. The rooms are dated and just need a face lift. The sheets don’t fit and the pillows are pathetic. The breakfast was horrible. The bread and bagels were old and hard. They cut the danish in small pieces for unknown reasons. The breakfast hours are unclear and they close early when it is slow. They actually changed it to read 7 to ? because we complained. The coffee/tea station had no hot water and only black tea - all the other boxes were empty. They only clean the rooms every 3 days during a long stay - ok but could you empty the trash and provide more toilet paper? Employees were just collecting a paycheck. Will definitely stay somewhere else when we return to the area.

The young lady at the front desk at check in was very helpful with area information & supplying an item I had forgotten to pack. Her attitude was “I am here to help U” which is not an attribute one always finds in

The room is large. In my case the air conditioner didn't work properly but worked well since it was cool outside. They were training a new girl at the desk and didn't give me back my drivers license until I discovered it missing some time later. Otherwise its a great place to stay.

The air conditioner was working in one room. The rooms were not cleaned properly (dried food on the night stand, rice on the bed, leaves and crumbs on the floor, and the tub had hair in it. I booked the room several months ago and the reviews were good. But the reviews were not good recently!

Very lobby and pleasant checkin staff.
Room was too small for two queen size beds. Not enough room for a chair in the room definitely not a suite. Not nearly as nice as other country inn n suites

Carpet was pulled in a few spots. Room was good bed not so comfortable. Front desk clerk was not helpful or friendly. Pool was closed do to weather and was not reopened after storm was over.

The hotel makes you "sign-up" for their free breakfast the previous day. And you're supposed to know at what time also. Everything about the place just seems penny pinching. I had one roll of toilet paper in the room and had to go ask for another. The air conditioning didn't work in my room and in my friend's room too. The water pressure in the sink was so high that it splashed all over me and the floor. Overall a pretty disappointing stay.

Definitely no frills. Needs work. Room keys stopped working when we came back to room door for second night. Had them redo cards, was told to keep them away from cellphone and wallet otherwise would deactivate…indoor pool is not heated, cold water even in July. Noisy hallway a/c machines on every floor at stairs. Missing ceiling tile in stair well. Room itself sucked. Musty smell of stale tobacco even in nonsmoking room. Coffee stains on comforter. Small thin square pillows. Tv is way too small worth like $25. Mattress is way too firm. Faucet control turns off water in shower in both directions and is difficult to get adequate temperature. Design of building is stupid with elevator placement only at one end. So you have to walk all the way down to other end to get to room. With the outside entry door lock not working either.
