Stay was one night. Room was clean, bed comfortable.

Rooms are not well insulated: i could hear all road traffic about 500 feet away, plus people walking in the hallways.
Bed was ok. TV was tiny. 29"?
Bathroom was not in great shape as tile and baseboard etc.

I always book at quality inns due to their pillows. Period, that's it, they have the best pillows.

The room is old and there are stains everywhere, and the showerhead is about to fall off. The front desk staff have a very arrogant and rude attitude. When we couldn't find the hotel based on Google Maps, she was very impatient and unwilling to help, and deliberately gave me a room that was not the one I had booked. The Hotel.com representative spent a whole hour trying to contact the hotel but couldn't get through.never never use Qaulity inn

Well the toilets were clogged and for some reason when we turned on the a/c it kinda smelled like smoke 🚬

Stairways unclean. Laundry area unclean. Room was good but bump in carpet could be dangerous but pretty clean, quiet and comfortable. I’d stay here again.

Decent enough for a stop & go. Hot tub & pool were decent. Lady at the front desk wasn't too interested in being too friendly. Breakfast was decent. Rooms could definitely be updated. We fixed the toilet for them. 😁

The only downside to our stay here was the bed. It was very bouncy and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and room was clean

It was a nice enjoyed the trip the room was clean comfortable beds quiet and pleasant.

The room was clean but the fixtures and furniture need updating. The fabric on the sofa was pealing badly.
The decaf coffee was so strong it was impossible to drink even with thinning it out with water and adding cream.

Easy check-in, decently clean, pet-friendly hotel. Great for our one night in town with our little dog. Safe neighborhood and parking. Breakfast was not great.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I always appreciate when hotels offer a free breakfast and despite being right off the highway (it is convenient) it was also really quiet and I couldn’t hear any sound from the road. They even have a fitness center and pool that I was surprised to learn!

The hotel was quiet and check in and out were both easy. The rooms need updated, as paint is peeling on the ceiling, grout was missing from the bathroom, and the varnish on the tv stand was sticky and splotchy. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but very crowded and noisy.

run of the mill upper economy property. Adequately clean but with some usage on the case goods. Needs refreshing. Staff friendly and attentive. Free breakfast seemed obligatory. ok for overnight stop.

Air conditioner did not blow very cold air. Stayed hot most of the night. Desk clerk had her son there, who was having behavioral issues.

Our room was occupied with people watching tv. We returned to front desk and they had to find us a new room. The jacuzzi had a 4 person limt, but was so full of people you couldn't see water. The breakfast was hot and good.

I was on a 3 day road trip with 2 cats and this was a perfect stop on the way! Our room was comfortable, clean, and large allowing space for luggage, cats, and me with no hassle. Big closet, handy fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in the room.
It was quiet and offered a nice breakfast in the morning.
