Good hotel, loaction is a few mins walk to the main centre and easy reach to everywhere.
Parking is either under the hotel or free parking at P1 is easily accessible.
Hotel had some reno going on when we arrived but fair play to them, they gave a 20% discount without having to ask.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. They are doing. Major renovations and were good about providing solutions. There guy was closed, they offered to cover the cost of the village gym

Would have been nice to know when I reserved that some renovation was going on at the lobby.
It’s kinda clean but the ceramic grout in the shower bath were discuting, supposed to be white but it turn pink at a lot of place and a little black a some spots…
The breakfast hasn’t a lot of variety… so if you have some food restriction you definitely won’t be able to eat there.
The fireplace in the room was the best part!
Other way, I don’t think I would pay that much. Thanks to my credit who reduce the price I pay.

We stayed at the hotel at the time when some of the pipes burst and there was a lot of clean up and renovation going on. The lobby was unusable as were the gym and some other facilities. No bathrooms in the common area. While we were notified that "the reception is not working and is temporarily in the hotel across" we were not told in advance what happened and thus did not have a choice to potentially choose another property. Having specifically requested a room on the ground floor we ended up being placed on the 4th floor.

We were extremely pleased with our week long stay at Ermitage du Lac! Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotels location was perfect for our needs...easy access to the Cabriolet and the entire Village while also being in quieter and less busy area comparative to many other hotels.
We are already discussing plans to return next winter and can't wait.

The room we had was not ready since it was booked online only 2hrs prior to check in. we were upgraded to a bigger room, which is nice. there is only one check in desk and looks like their system is old school because I had to wait for about 30mins just for check in. the front lady suzie, needs to retire. she looks tired for the job. or maybe it was late when we checked in around 7pm so probably was exhausted, I suggest a younger staff to work at night. she was pleasant but there was no warm welcome at all that you usually get when first checking in. She would sigh every 5mins like I was a nuisance. Room are clean, sheets are spotless, bed comfortable. breakfast was okay. cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, eggs and croissants. over all hotel was okay.

Very nice room- calm and quiet. Good breakfast included. Parking is inside, under the hotel. Found the parking costly however, compared to resorts
elsewhere in Ontario/Québec (22$ taxes). Second, and this is not specific to this establishment, is that the pillows are so fluffy, big (high). Other hotels have the same so not a fair comment about this place. These are uncomfortable to sleep with/on. Couldn't hotel not have thinner pillows, foam types? I will bring my own pillows next time. Nonetheless, the room was splendid and we did get a free upgrade to a room with a fireplace. All and all, very recommended place.

We had a lovely, large room with a fireplace. There was a pretty view of a pond and a park-like area from the room. Breakfast is included, and featured a variety of options. There's a hot tub just outside the fitness center! The town of Mont Tremblant was a two-minute walk from the hotel, with lots of shops and restaurants.
The highlight of our trip was the cable car trip to the top of the mountain!
I would highly recommend this hotel!

Only down side was the Reno’s going on made for some noise in the morning, and wishing the breakfast was a hot breakfast.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and large. Unfortunately the pool was closed and the hot tub was dirty and the jets were working poorly. The morning continental breakfast was good. The hotel was located next to pedestrian village.

Spent 5 nights at the beautiful Ermitage du lac hotel which is the first property when entering Tremblant Village. My husband and I found it to be in one of the nicest settings of all of the properties in the Village as there is a pond and trail behind it with ample seating which gives you privacy. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette which was fully supplied. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also very spacious. The gas fireplace was perfect as it would automatically turn off when desired heat was met. A true gem of a place!
