This hotel needs many upgrades for the price they are charging

Our bathroom was so slow and and kept backing up we asked for a plunger the sofa bed that was in the room that my son used and metal poking him so he did not sleep there. They need more attention to there rooms and there not cheap either!!!

First off let me say the staff are amazing. Nothing but complements to the people working there. But that said the problem I had were the door locks. The doors didn't close properly. The 1st room had the door loose and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my stuff there since I had personal electronics. The front desk attendant was very kind and booked me in another room. Unfortunately that door also had issues but not as bad as the original room. I had to make sure the door was closed all the way when I left. Other than that it was clean.

Clean room, comfortable, excellent service, simple checkout. Breakfast had decent variety. Traffic noise from nearby freeway noticeable, but heater hum drowned most of it out. Overall a quite satisfactory experience.

Stayed in this hotel earlier in the week and used it again on the return trip. Was originally scheduled to stay in the same room used earlier but clerk moved us into another room when I expressed we had an issue with the scheduled room. New room didn’t have any issues and served us well for the overnight stay. Hotel is conveniently located, relatively cheap and good for an overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a long term stay if you plan to spend much time in your room.

For a mid-travel overnight stay this was okay. But the noise from the room above and the toilet not always removing all waste with a single flush made the room we used undesirable.

Nice room, friendly staff, good rates

Hotel smelled bad in the lobby and hallways - very musty and moldy smell. Almost too difficult to stay but only staying 1 night

The management is doing a good jog keeping a somewhat dated facility in good shape and providing needed amenities. We had the accessible unit (which I needed) and it served us quite well. They offer a nice breakfast that included sausage, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage and biscuits, fruit, cereal, juices, coffee, tea. I often find the scrambled eggs at Choice motels less than appetizing, but theses were prepared properly and were tasty. It would be good for them to have more than one handicapped parking spot. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This was an unusual set up with them having both Comfort Inn and Rhodeway Inn operating together. This wasn't a problem for us. The Rhodeway units were in a separate section, had smaller rooms, didn't offer an accessible room. and were less expensive. They shared the same breakfast area and offerings as the Comfort Inn guests. As best as I could tell, if having a smaller room isn't important, taking a Rhodeway room might be a better choice for saving money,

We needed to get on and off for a short visit and this was the perfect spot.

Carpet in the hall ways are black and dirty down the middle and going into each room. Elevator smells like a oil or hydraulic leak. Top three worst hotels I’ve stayed in

Lots of homeless around.

Real sketchy people in and around hotel. We have stayed there a few times now, but will not anymore. Seems that they cater to the homeless population and don't care if they use the property.

Quiet, nice pool and hot tub

It was clean, comfortable, and nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent friendly staff. We accidentally left a bag in our room and they were kind enough to call us and hold it for us until we came back to pick it up. Hotel was exactly what you would expect for a comfort Inn.

Stayed for the Ironman. Perfect. 2 miles from Ironman Village. Clean & spacious room. Everything I needed.

The night auditor had a meltdown and yelled at me! He screamed at me for 5 minutes that after 15 years working there he was sick of hearing complaints! Was extremely rude !

Everything was wonderful...except the breakfast...please provide more variety. I saw powdered eggs every day...add cheese...potatoes...switch it up...bacon and sausage...not just the same thing over and over...coffee was very weak...watery...service and cook were super nice though. Give them more to work with. Waffles were awesome!

We had a great time. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable. They had a few selections for breakfast that my gluten free husband could eat. I am looking forward to staying again with my granddaughters.

The parking area was well kept and clean. The entrance was inviting and clean. The rooms were also clean. However the hallway carpets were needing cleaned.

Staff was courteous, congenial and helpful. Room was accommodating and comfortable, although the bathroom exhaust fan apparently was malfunctioning and made noise 100% of the time. Air conditioner was easy to use and cooled excellently even during record hot temperatures.
