We were in to see family this weekend and decided to stay at this property. All the staff we encountered was very friendly and professional. The property was clean and in good shape. The only issue I would say was the shower head was a little stopped up other than on the massage setting. Otherwise, we had a great visit and would recommend this property.

Very clean hotel with plenty of necessary amenities. Had a double king room and the beds were great.Complimentary breakfast for the early birds.Quiet top floor with a view of there local industries.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Facility was clean & breakfast had a wide selection of hot & cold items. They even offered take out containers!

We called to ask if pool was heated before booking they lied it’s not heated.when we asked why the pool was 70 degrees the lady said it’s not a therapy pool I promise it’s heated. The manager in the morning said the pool is set to 86 I showed him the thermometer that said 72 I told he said yeah I took your call I remember you asking I said we Drove out of our way that’s why we called. They made us put a $250 hold on a credit card because we used hotel.com. We never had that before. At breakfast I talked to a sewer maintenance man who said it’s been that cold for the couple weeks he had stayed there.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were here to experience the track at Bristol for their Christmas light show. I highly recommend the experience!

Great stay convenient to the highway! Also, just a heads up if when you turn into a parking spot and hear a weird noise coming from your car it’s the tires on pavement. The pavement here is a little slick and makes your tires make a noise when turning.

The first room we were given had a strong pet odor apparently from a service dog. We were immediately given another room which was excellent. Very friendly staff, pleasant stay!

I was asking for drinking water, the receptionist said “we don’t have.”
But I found out there was a water dispenser in the gym. He didn’t tell me.
I ended up buying a bottle water from the same receptionist, which is very expensive, $2 for a small one.

Came down for the races for the weekend. Easy access to the highway. All staff were very friendly. Nice selection at breakfast. Room was clean and well maintained.

The property was nice, and the staff was excellent. The only downfall is that there was only one channel working for TV, some issue with all who stayed there.
Also, since I booked through a third party (Expedia), I was charged $250.00 for incidentals. Yes, I will receive this back but that is a bit steep. If I was someone hurting for money, I wouldn't be able to wait a couple of days to be refunded.

Hotel is close to the ymca which was convenient for swim meet. Good breakfast selection and clean hotel. Exercise room is small and the only treadmill there was broken.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and both times the staff has been super friendly, the breakfast was good and the rooms are clean. We especially like the double kings for our family of four.

Staff, food and price were all on par. Issues were with room itself. Suite room-only one remote for two TVs, no sheets/blankets for pull out couch, phone wouldn’t work to call, so had to walk downstairs to ask. Hotel was “out of remotes” when asked. Also, despite thermostat being set at 72, and on heat, only cold kept coming out of unit.

The hotel is located conveniently in Kingsport. Plenty of food for breakfast and well maintained eating area. The hotel is dated, ie the couch in the room needs replacing.

The side closest to the reading light of the king sized bed sanked. So I slept on the other side, not a deal breaker, but for the price I paid this shouldn't have happened.
