Friendly staff, and cleanly room, but very outdated!

The hotel itself was good and clean. Check in was easy, and the location was great.
The pool area was in some disrepair, but the website said it was going to be taken out of service for repairs next month.
Only issue I had was there was what appeared to be a family gathering in the pool area. They did a poor job of watching their children, and would take chairs away from tables if the person sitting there got up to use the slide or go to the bathroom.
Other than the party, our family was pleased with our stay.

The place was nice and clean and bed was very comfortable. The only problem was there had been a wedding and some of the guests decided to be nice and loud outside our room and when asked to be quiet, they were very rude.

Good stay overall. At check in though, we were never told what hours breakfast was served or what time the pool open and close. Usually they would go over that.
We booked a single queen with a sofa bed but unfortunately there was no sofa bed so 3 people had to squeeze in a queen bed. If we had known that the sofa bed was not available, we would've booked a double queen.

I reserved a 2 queen bed accesible for my wife which is in a wheel chair my daughter and i got there and young kid came to the desk gave a regular room went to room to find out. I payed extra for the room to be accesible and came back to desk to show the front desk person what i payed for and he said well sorry i only have a king bed is all. I payed extra for the accesible one! The shower had a major crack in it also so didnt feel safe to shower for 3 days

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It was very busy bc of Sturgis this week but rooms were super clean and kids enjoyed the pool tons! Super great 3 nights, will def stay here again.

Stayed in Mitchell on our "Out West" trip. Rooms were great. Check in was smooth. 8 and 12 year old lines the pool. Overall good stay.

Would like to see more hooks in the bathroom for hanging multiple guest's towels for drying and reuse.

We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and has a waterslide. The room was large and clean and the staff was friendly.

However, wifi was unusable. Pages wouldn’t load. No password required so it would not have used it much anyway

The pool has very limited hours to use the waterslide which was a bummer for the kids. The hotel could use some updating but wasnt too bad. We would stay here again.

The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The reason that I scored it low in the category of property condition and facilities is the dangerous level of chlorine used in their pool area. The chlorine smell permeated throughout the hotel, but in the pool area it was so strong that my eyes stung. My kids ended up coughing and feeling nauseous. They must really be careful with who they employ to maintain the pool.

Can’t say enough great things about this hotel! First of all I had to call and ask if we could move our reservation up by a day and they were very kind and since they had availability they did it without any issues. Then we got to the hotel and had an easy and friendly check in. My son absolutely loved that the pool had a water slide and hot tub. The rooms were also extremely clean, comfortable, and just very nice overall. The breakfast had plenty of hot and cold food options as well. Highly recommend and would stay here again if I’m in the area!
