It is a new clean hotel with good breakfast with real fried eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal and even gluten free breakfast items.

There was people above us, yelling, screaming, slamming doors, until 3 am

I would recommend this proprty to anyone who doesnt want to use the hot tub - it doesnt work but they dont tell you, who likes following trails of fruit loops around the corridors and stairs, likes the sound of children running around the hall ways at night, loves screaming kids and coffee at breakfast time and doesnt want cups or coffee replaced in their room after they used them and a balcony thats a sheet of ice.
Room door doesnt close fully (can see light round it, and can hear people in room opposite talking. Water pressure is awful and the sink took 10 minutes to drain.
Hot Breakfast was 2 types of omelet and two types of round flat sausage, biscuits and gravy - no bacon! or eggs without cheese or onions.
Stay was a big dissapointment - dont recommend it and won't return, for the high price it's very poor.

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and shopping. Gym was small but quiet so machine access wasn’t an issue. Overall a great stay. We will be back!

I was disappointed that the hot tub was closed. I picked it for that reason. There was a loud static sound coming inertmittantly out of the ceiling all night long waking me up multiple times. It was maddening. I won't stay here again. Everything else was fine.

We arrive to a room smaller than we ordered then when put back in what we thought was the room we ordered it had no bathtub and the hot tub was broken and nobody was covering the front desk. Any time I went down I had to ask the kitchen staff for help no towels in the pool and balls of hair laying around the pool area Dirty floors didn’t hear a vacuum once in two days saw someone using a swiffer to clean the carpet. We were sneezing for two days straight. I don’t believe anybody vacuumed the carpet in our room ever we were in room 307. It looks clean, but purchase a vacuum .

Great stay at this hotel. Staff were all fantastic and helpful. Really enjoyed ourselves and will stay there again next time we visit the area.

Staff was great. Glad they offered dinner options when it wasn't expected, saved us a trip to find something offsite. My kids loved the giant connect 4 game in the lobby.

Stayed one night so i could drive in the daytime. Always ready for you even if the plane is late. Nice staff. Self serve breakfast. Very polite servers and refillers. I enjoyed it. Nice shower and products.

The room floor was dirty. moved me to another room same dirt on that floor just not sticky. so stayed in that room. Said they had just replaced the carpets and it was just carpet fragments. still should of been cleaned up

We felt it was over-priced for the room. We understand it was Friday and Saturday of Labor Day weekend and was a refundable room but still paying $415 per night was too much for this room. We had a balcony but only 1 chair, no bottled water, plastic cups only, and an iron that did not work after trying 4 outlets!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The amenities were perfect, and the room was incredibly clean and spacious with very comfortable beds.

This hotel is in a very good location! It is absolutely wonderful if you have a dog. They have a nice grass space with dog bags and a garbage. The breakfast is good too. It was a bit loud from other guest noise and the hotel backs onto a very busy interstate but you can’t beat the location.

This hotel is lacking a lot of good, and in extremely disappointed in the stay. They claim it’s recently renovated but it’s dated. The hot tub was freezing cold, and filled with a dangerous amount of chlorine, I got out immediately and went to my room to shower I felt disgusting. The food was not bad in the morning and the late check out was nice but other than that it was a bad experience. The employees at the front desk often smell like cigarettes, and aren’t very pleasant. I asked ahead of time for extra pillows, a room with a view and maybe a balcony and the requests were ignored. Oh and the price you pay for this place is a JOKE. Had I known this place was so terrible I would have stayed elsewhere.

Paid 330 a night. Pool was closed for reasons I didnt understand. Kids running through the halls/banging on walls. (I believe there was a soccer club/tournament going on. Gm lady rude when I asked about the pool and if I can get some of my $330 baxk for that reason. NOT worth the money. We were kind of forced to stay there after our RV was totaled in a crash that day 40 miles West of Kalispell.

Pool was closed--maybe because there were large groups of soccer teams staying?--which sent the kids into the hallways to burn their energy. No hot water for tea at breakfast. Staff was great. Plenty of food and room despite the full house. Love the laminate flooring.

Second time staying at this property. The staff at this hotel is phenomenal - very kind and friendly. Suites are clean and spacious. Only suggestion - carpeting in suites should be replaced and updated.

This Hotel is very central for everything we want. Some good dining options. Downside hot tub very rarely works well. If you have a drive up access room outside doors do not close well and slam very loud at all hours. Received random phone call at 3:00 am from front desk. We still will stay down here again just for it being so central. Also the continental breakfast is amazing as well as the staff.
