Our room never got dark. Only a pull down shade. No curtain. Lights from parking lot.

Awesome customer service and clean!

Check in was a breeze. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Easy parking, easy access. Breakfast was great, the lady running it needs a raise. She worked her tail off. So did the guy in the back. It was packed for the weekend and they kept everything refilled and clean. Great location for Legoland, close, convenient, easy. Lots of Quick food options near as well.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was really friendly, check-in and check out was easy. Rooms were clean, and the continental breakfast was surprisingly great as well.

The room floor is a bit squeaky, and also if the shower head can be combo, it would be better for kids to have a shower, especially washing their hair.

I was on the third floor. It was very quiet.

Breakfast area is a little tight. Suggestion. Move the oatmeal away from the corner ( too crowded) and next to the cold cereal area. Food is good.

Standard self-serve daily breakfast; staff kept the areas stocked and clean. Susan was proactively helpful to my husband when she saw his hands full (offered him to-go boxes and a tray) and was super friendly! Front desk staff was always available when needed. The digital key option is convenient, but be aware it obviously won’t work if you spend all day at Legoland and your phone battery dies (the reason we needed the front desk after midnight)! The outdoor pool is heated, however, we didn’t have time to swim. Overall, very clean and friendly place to stay!

Overall our stay was pleasant. Easy check in, clean room. We did not have tissue paper in our bathroom and conditioner bottle empty. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. No need to bring any. Immediately brought conditioner and tissue box promptly. Low water pressure but very hot water. Have iron and ironing board as well. Clean sheets. Pillows were very soft to where i needed 3 to prop my head up. Walls are paper thin. We were on second floor and guests on our left side and above us very loud. Given it was New Years Eve, otger guests should be considerate children ate sleeping by 10 pm. This went on until 1 am. Breakfast was excellent. Great assortment of breakfast items. Food was hot. Waffle station, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, toast, oatmeal, toppings, coffee, tea, juices, milk, eggs, omelets, sausage patties, potatoes, and yogurt. Staff was very nice. Pool clean. The hot tub was not hot. Spoke with maintenance guy and only made it lukewarm. It was ok since we weren't there for long. Very small pool towels so bring your own. Plenty of seating areas around pool. Lots of parking spaces available. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Stayed here for 3 nights as I was on a vacation with family to Legoland and Safari park, both the locations are close by this, legoland is just 5-10 min drive and Safari park is 35min drive. Decent Buffet breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I will be staying again.

We plan trips to Carlsbad just to stay at this hotel. The staff is super friendly, the facility has a nice dining area to comfortably eat your meals, coffee station and nice accommodating rooms. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Our stay at Hamptons was Great! The room was very Nice and modern style. It is very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly as well. Susan who was in charge of the breakfast was very nice and friendly. And the free complimentary breakfast is great!! And also it’s not far away from legoland, the outlet malls and fast food places to eat.

Our stay was amazing! It was a great property but what really made it special was the incredible staff. I made a phone call the night before check in and Clint was so helpful and kind answering my questions. The day of check in Destiny was professional, kind, and understanding of my early check in request with my little one. She even helped set up a quiet room for us. Breakfast was great! Delicious, clean area, and Michael literally is such a ray of sunshine in the morning. My little family and I really needed a getaway and our experience at this property truly was everything and more. We'll definitely be back and I've already recommended this property and helped family book their next stays here. Thank you to everyone!
