Almost didn’t stay because the place was filthy, but stayed because I was so tired. Left at 5:30 am and was accused of stealing towels and checking out late. Worst experience at a motel I’ve ever had.

LIKES : the room was clean , bed comfortable, heater worked well, quiet, room was back away from highway, pleasant staff DISLIKES: bottom sheet kept coming undone leading to a restless sleep; minimal towels, could not park near the room, no plug near bed so I couldn't use my CPAP.

The room was outdated. They need to improve in room cleaning. The receptionist was very friendly. It was an emergency stop on the way so it worked. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

My driver always like to stay at maple inn and suites . Has plenty of truck parking and restaurants that are close .

The property had extra long parking stalls that could accommodate our Suburban with a UHaul trailer attached.

There website said room was booked and then get to hotel to find out it wasn’t. The blanket had holes and marker stains, there were holes in the wall and smelled dusty and had provided no towels. Then before leaving the room the staff tried calling before check out time to have us leave even when it wasn’t 11 am. Later receive a message from them saying that we needed to be out before 11 am even though we were gone before then.

Place was clean a little out dated. It was quiet, it did the job, Starbucks down the street. I was satisfied with my stay.

Bathroom door didn't close, tub was dirty, fridge is place on bad area and had mold inside. Wi-Fi never worked. Needs new mattress and pillows. Bed is hard and pillows were flat and dirty. Too many lamps. Location is good, but attention needs to be put into fixing up basic things like re-do paint, cover wall holes, get rid of lamps.. ..

Great service & decent clean. Bed was too soft for me but otherwise fine experience & good value. Very Kind staff was a plus. Great Rose garden too

Good place to stay but no long term.The room has a certain old age smell.The shower does not have pressure at all, so I does take you a while to shower.The room keys sometimes does not read at all, leaving you standing outside for a good amount of time.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The woman who checked me in was very welcoming and friendly. The bathroom is in desperate need of remodeling. I was able to shower though. The fixtures were quiet old and had a leak on the knob in the shower. The WIFI signal was very weak. I think they need another router.

Three bedrooms we had a pleasant stay.

A homeless man knocked on our door shortly after we closed and locked it & asked for drugs... also tried to enter our vehicle before we locked it. There is so service maid to clean when asking for immediate service. Yet it has respectful & nice staff, the quality of rooms, service, and safety of the establishment is mediocre

Convenient, off the highway a little but not bad. The guy stole my pen. Laundry mat and cafe across the street.

I thought I would save some money because I just needed a place to crash while driving from Sac to SB, so I chose Maple Inn. The room smelt like cigarettes even to me, and I smoke. I was worried my cat would get broken into and the bed felt itchy. I called hotels.com within 15 minutes of checking in to get my money back and go somewhere else. They contacted the front desk and the owner, who seemed nice when I checked in, said she couldn’t refund my money “because I had checked in over 2 hours ago”. This is when I became furious. The fact that she would lie about when I checked in and even told me to my face that was the reason was rediculous. I had to show my phone call history to prove that I had made calls while on the road just 30 minutes prior. Much longer story short I finally got my refund and moved in. I was so relieved to get out of there. DO NOT STAY HERE. And owners, if you’re reading this, I would have given you a much better review had you just agreed to a refund right away and had you been polite and not lied. You need to learn about customer service if you want to succeed!

Cockroaches everywhere!

The front desk is very nice and helpful.We made a mistake on the other day's booking ，she help us to contact the Inn.

Managers are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is run down, and the new owners seem to be trying to fix it up with new (matching) furniture in some rooms ("deluxe rooms" an extra charge). Exterior is rather shabby and in a sketchy part of town. Room was clean, linens and bed okay. TV picture not great. AC eventually cooled the room. Fridge and microwave in room, but ice was 25 cents.

get to find parking appreciated that it had a fridge raider and a microwave just a little loud in the morning otherwise quiet and peaceful the rest the day.

Inn & Suites? It was just a 1940's roadside motel. Worn and shabby furnishings even though I paid extra for a "newly renovated" room. When was it renovated? 1972? Dirty carpet with filthy throw rug. Clean the carpet. Trash the throw rug!

For a short stay it is fine. Older motel. It was clean. Desk help very nice. For the price it was ok

I've stayed in budget motels before, so it's not like I did not know what to expect. However, this motel did not meet minimum standards for a motel in my opinion. The carpet floors were dirty and stained. The pillows were horrible but at least the mattress was tolerable. The bars of soap in the bathroom were of questionable quality (seemed very harsh to me, and I'm not picky when it comes to soap). My brother's room had a toilet that backed up with any use at all. Our rooms were at the front of the motel which at first seemed very convenient but the street the motel is located on is very noisy and busy all night long.

I was there for 4 days business. The inn looks dark from the outside but staff and room cleanliness was awesome. The room has microwave which I need for my food. Overall, I like it much and would likely recommend if you are looking for cheap, cleanliness room to stay in los banos

Staff was amazing. Quickest check in and check out I've ever seen which was very nice after a long drive. Convenient location in a nice area when we thought we would have to stay in the middle of nowhere off the freeway. Very pleased with our stay.
