My daughter and I lover the place! Was very clean comfortable and the staff was very friendly!! Within 10 minutes to Okemo mountain for skiing! Has a wonderful pool along with a hot tub that seats 8 to 10! We enjoyed both! They also had a variety of games in the lobby. We sat by the cozy fire place and played scrabble! It was very comfortable and relaxing! (Except the fact that my 16 year old daughter beat me). Lol! The shower was amazing!! Super hot and gallons of water rushed out per minute!! An abundance of water!! 👍 We will be returning soon!!

The hotel was great, nice and clean, easy drive to Okemo. We did not love there was no housekeeping during our stay (3 nights/4days) for the price per night, it should be standard.

Just a weekend getaway.There wasn’t housekeeping service.The heat wasn’t working in the room,maintenance reset the heat pump.Hair dryer was falling of the wall,shower head was weak.Room could use updating. Everything was very clean, nice towels,sheets,friendly staff.Fine for a quick getaway

The property was nice. We did like the castle much better (the sister propert up the hill)- amazing dinner too! The disappointment was the game room. Very limited.

Carpet is very dirry in the room, inadequate lighting in the bathroom, hardly any water is coming from the shower head. And this is not a cheap hotel.

Lovely looking building, easy to find and park on arrival. The staff were polite and my check-in went smoothly. I liked the size of the room, the bed and seating arrangement was nice, and the hotel was relatively quiet! However, the bathroom was noticeably dated, though mostly just the ceiling tiles with rusty frames. Also, you cannot turn off the fan on the Air Conditioning unit. It took me a minute to realize the unit was controlled via a thermostat unit on the wall. However, even when you push "Off", the fan will constantly run. This wasn't really a problem for me, but for those who are "colder blooded", you'll be chilly. After placing my reservation in advance, I had forgotten to read the reviews first and saw a handful of negative ones regarding cleanliness and bugs. I am happy to report none of those issues with my stay. One thing I have to mention though-This room was not worth $200 for a night. I did have higher expectations going into it, but really I would have been more comfortable around $130-$150. I understand this is a popular spot for Mt.Okemo visitors, which most likely drove the price, but there is little else to do in the area and for the value you receive, it's just not there. It's overall a nice place to stay, but next time I will be a little more strict with my budget.

Our spacious room had a full kitchen, dining table, and lovely living room with fireplace. The furnishings were not standard hotel but more like home. If we were coming to ski for a week in winter this would be the only place we would consider. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend!

Awesome property - and very restful.

Room was VERY clean. Their towels are so soft and whatever laundry detergent they use smells lovely. Bed was comfortable. Slightly dated, but fits very well with the “vibe” of the area which is nice. Good wifi, was able to work from room with no issues. I was slightly bothered that no breakfast is available on site, even for purchase. Pool is small-ish, but indoor which is great. Could potentially use a bit more chlorine & general cleaning in my opinion, but I also used it after a gaggle of teenage boys had been in it so that could be my own misjudgement. Hot tub is nice. Fitness area is really great for a hotel, surprisingly good amount of equipment! The food in the area is okay, a little pricey for what it is. I will say, the hotel offers a pamphlet with all food availability in the area. They also offer pamphlets for hiking and other activities (prepared by the hotel, not the glossy individual ones from local businesses) which is wonderful! Hiking, kayaking, museums and parks. People at the front desk are nice, but seem mildly inattentive- they have a back room behind the desk and I waited for ten minutes (was watching the clock behind the counter) until an attendant realized I was there. I would advise to avoid the dates of the “Coolidge Cup” for high schoolers if you’re going in the summer, they are loud until 10 at night, completely fill up the pool from 8-10pmish, and are loud again at 7 am. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in this area.

The property is old and in need of some upgrading. The front office staff was rude and unfriendly. I asked for dining suggestions and the front office girl basically threw a paper dining guide at me… It smelled of cigarettes in the front office. My TV remote was missing and it took them over an hour to get one to me! The place wasn’t even busy!

One of the best vacations I've ever gone on we stayed at this hotel. The game room was small but exciting, and the pool and hot tub amenities were honestly unbeatable for the price we paid. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Room was super comfortable with lots of space. Shower was lovely after a long day in the car. Hot tub and pool were clean and sanitized, with no extra chlorine smell, meaning they didn't need to "shock" it with bleach. lovely place to stay.

I'm here for only one night but I would come back for sure. Friendly staff and clean room. By mistake, I booked the wrong night. We arrived after a long drive to no reservation. Geri at the front desk, with the help of hotels.com support, works with us to change the res without penalty. We are grateful, especially because it was our mistake and they could have just said,"too bad"

Only complaint was that they did not mention they did not do daily room cleanings until after checkin. Seems they stopped doing them during COVID and just never brought that service back. Without this service what I paid for was basically a room that I had to maintain myself for a week. They also left an envelope on the desk for gratuities for the Housecleaning staff which i found insulting since they didn't offer the service but still expected a tip
