We arrived to the hotel and they did not have our reservation in the system, despite me have a confirmation number. We left the hotel, due to not having a room and stayed elsewhere

The room had this disgusting trash-like smell that just never went away no matter how much we sprayed. Even the desk attendant came to spray something and it did not work. They even mixed our rooms up and double booked our room which was eventually sorted out

I spoke with the front desk regarding the bedding, which was very uncomfortable. There was a mattress pad which helped a little but the mattress was very worn out. Looks like some of the padding had been ripped. The linen being very dingy and horrible smell of weed.

Went in and checked the water at check in and it worked. When I tried to take a shower in the morning the hot water was no longer working, then all the water stopped working. The lamp in the room had been previously damaged and would not stand on its own. The chair in the room had also been previously broken and had a different chair leg and been partially rewrapped. There was some old puke that was poorly cleaned next to the elevator entrance as well. Was also a big slpash of some liquid on the wall that had dried next to the night stand and had not been attempted to be cleaned. There were other minor things not woth mentioning but it made the place no where worth the money. I checked out after the first night and wish I could get the money back. The staff was nice and understood, but that does not make up for the conditions of the property.

It was clean and the staff were very nice. The water pressure in our room was very low even cutting off for 30 seconds during every shower. I loved the free breakfast.

It was noisy on the first two nights. Like sounds in the structure of the building or something. Outside of that place was great staff was attentive and engaging

The bed was not very comfortable at all. Had a memory foam added on. It felt like a very cheap bed.
The hotel pre-authorized my card basically double what the stay was which was very frustrating. Said someone checked us in the wrong way.

We had no water pressure and the toliet was not properly working. This was a issue in a friends room also. Hotel staff was very helpful.

Had an emergency at our home so we had to find a place to stay for a few days. We have stayed at this location before, but this was horrible. The A/C went out in the room and when I called for help no one came. The next day I told them again and someone came to try and fix it, told me if it didn't work just call to switch rooms, why not just switch our room. They were painting and unfortunately, they did not allow the paint to dry so our door was always stuck trying to get in the room. Lobby smells like weed.

Hot tub and pool were shut down by the city health department for multiple violations today 9/13/23. Couldn’t get blankets for sofa bed.

ROOM WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY AND STAINS ON THE BED COVERS. AND THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME CHANGE THEM AND THEN PUT ME IN A SMALLER ROOM AND BED HORRIBLE STAY

The front desk manager is rude, uncaring, unprofessional. She looks at you like you're bothering her when you walk up to the desk. Promised over and over to help correct my situation because I honestly made a mistake im booking the reservation based on expecting my home AC to not be repaired. Of they couldn't or wouldn't refund or cancel don't string me on saying you're taking care it. Will never stay at thos hotel. Classless operation

Spent the entire four nights killing bugs blankets were covered with holes.
A musty smell in my room and in the entire hotel.
maintenance come to the room at 1 AM because there was a leak downstairs.

I didn’t know I had to do a thesis to complete this. There was a bed, I slept in it. There was a shower. I took one.

The rudest service I have ever encountered at a La Quinta Inn. They charge my card not only for the room but the same amount for accidentals and then another charge without authorization a total charge of a $1000 dollars ruin my plans for that weekend. Had to check out early and head home due to insufficient funds in my account would not recommend this day for anyone.

the wonderful lady that checked us in and out as always was so nice and helpful. When our keys did not work later, the night desk --- not so much. overall a pleasant stay.

Room was nice, pool was down at times, breakfast was good, we had a broken toilet seat. But over all was good and close by great stores. AC worked okay but the humidity was horrible.

The whole reason I booked with this hotel for 3 days was because of the pool/ hot tub which wasn’t running they should have that posted on the website, very disappointing. My hotel bathtub would drain and there were no large towels in my room. The elevator lobby area smelled like mildew and it was hot everywhere outside our room

I got to the room and heard water running from the tub. I immediately told the staff. She came and tried to turn it off with no luck. She told me since i was only staying one night that it was not a safety issue and would put in a work order. So, all night i had to listen to water running from the faucet. Never staying here again.

I wanted to extend my stay but no one knew how and it went back and forth between the app and the front desk. She was really nice but all they could offer me was to checkout at 11 and check back in to a different room at 3 at a higher price for a double instead of the queens I had. If I have to do all that, I might as well as book with Expedia.
