Bed was super comfortable with nice pillows. Room was mostly quiet. The toiletries were nice quality. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Not gourmet but way better than the prepackaged danish other chain hotels offer. Biscuits and gravy actually had sausage in it and the cinnamon rolls were really good. Make no mistake, this is not the quality you’d receive from a boutique hotel but the best I’ve seen in a budget friendly chain hotel.

Friendly crew, got the quiet corner room I requested, breakfast was ready early, good coffee and a carafe of half and half. Hotel is tucked away in a quiet area and yet located just off I-5.
I’ll only stay here when I’m staying the night in the Eugene / Springfield area.

Floor in our room was not cleaned (needed vacuuming), Especially under the sofa bed. Bedding in the couch was dirty and hadn't been changed. When we called the front desk housekeeping came and apologized giving us fresh linens. I have stayed at this hotel everytime when visiting family in Springfield since it was built. Mostly good experience snd staff is always excellent (Front desk and breakfast area)

Stayed for 5 days for work. Cleaning service only came for day 2 morning. No cleaning afterwards. Overall, this is an okay hotel. Breakfast service & selection is good. Pretty standard hot continental breakfast.

Extremely comfortable bed everything clean I love staying at Holiday Inn however, all I heard all night long were people slamming their doors over and over again. I don’t understand why hotels don’t install soft touch closures for doors.

Very good hotel for price although they were letting other hotels let their guests come use the hot tub and pool so there was no room for us to even sit in the hot tub and a lady who was not even staying there got mad and cursed at me because i was going to go ask the front desk about it. I just wanted to be able to use it without kids splashing in the hot tub next to me. It was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Other than that the hotel is clean

There was supposed to be a “roll in” shower in the room that I paid for, for my mother whom, is handicapped. There was NOT! I choose that room specifically for the bathroom access. Such a let down! I will not be booking here again!

We have stayed here before. They are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We travel with our dog and appreciate the reasonable pet fee and nice pet area. We will stay here again.
This particular time an elevator was down, which made for longer than usual waits when moving our luggage in and out.
Our room this time was less than stellar, room 212. The bathroom had a faint sewer smell, and both wash cloths had hair on them. Generally the seemed clean otherwise.

Great place to stay if you find yourself having to stay in this ridiculous town. Super clean, super quiet, totally updated, lots of services nearby with 14 Tesla charging stations on the premises. One of two elevators was a death trap. Just don’t get on that one and everything else will be great!

Loved how close it was the Eugene Airport and the grab and go breakfast as we had a very early morning flight. The staff at the front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful.

Because we were also traveling with pets the room we received for a family of six wasn't as spacious as shown in the booking photos, although it had the correct number of beds. The elevator shudders when going up so we hope no one gets stranded in it. The elevators are also very slow. The staff is excellent, very service oriented and the property was constantly being cleaned. Big lobby, desk areas are noisy as they are not screened off but lots of seating and worktable options. So so breakfast with powdered scrambled eggs, various breads, oatmeal, bacon and a pancake machine along with other standard fare.

I was pleasantly surprised at this property. Well run, polite host, clean room and bathroom. Nice beds. Window shades were fantastic! Loved all the outlets in convenient locations and the full length mirror. Loved the Keurig. Not enough coffee or condiments in the room though. Would love facial tissue in the outer room as well as bathroom. (Bathrooms need fans). Parking lot is convenient and roomy, but needs more lighting. Overall a great stay! I would stay here again.

Clean & comfortable facilities, friendly & helpful staff. Tons of food options nearby. Gym & pool on the small side but nice. Complimentary breakfast was better than most w/plenty of options and ample seating.
