Stayed here for a couple of weeks while working in Temecula.
A comfortable welcoming hotel with great helpful staff. Great eats nearby too, especially Pangaea Greek/Italian restaurant 30 seconds from the hotel.

This hotel isn't very old, when it was brand new it was a super nice place with beautifully decorated, very comfortable, larger sized rooms at an unbeatable low nightly rate.
I was almost sad to see the condition of some things here and there that aren't being well maintained. Things that not take long to get worse quickly... ie mold in the shower area that looked as if someone tried to paint over it, a stained grimy looking bathtub that needed a good scrub down and the rooms window was so filthy it was hard to see through (not that anyone is trying to see the view of the freeway, but still lol)
It's all little stuff, but little stuff that won't take long to become big thing's and I would hate so see a beautiful place deteriorate

The hotel was just off the freeway, conveniently located, and in close proximity to amenities. But you cannot really walk to the historic old town, better to drive, five minutes away.
The hotel and room was adequate, nothing above ordinary.
The breakfast was sufficient at best, cold cereals, packaged oatmeal, waffle grill, bread or English muffins for toasting, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice.

It was good. Easy check in. Room was quiet.
Furniture and stuff a little dinged up.
But the bed and pillows were super comfy and there was a good amount of tv channels available!
All in all it was good.

Comfortable room, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator was nice. Great price ! Only one complaint, our room had a super loud air conditioner. Had to be adjusted many times throughout the night. Finally had to shut it off!

The property needs renovation in the rooms. The bathrooms are old and floors were dirty with lots of spots. I remember going there and it being one of the cleanest hotels in Temecula.

The window was broken, didn’t lock, the screen was off the window, the ac didn’t work, the faucet knob in the shower wasn’t on. It was broken off to the side. Staff was friendly but I’ll never stay again.

The hotel was nice, room is very spacious.
The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was not bad either.
Honestly we normally stay at the (holiday inn express) when traveling but was offered a great deal for this hotel, so I decided to give it a try.
The only thing I can say I really wasn’t a fan of was the breakfast buffet.
It honestly kinda sucked and could really use some TLC to be competitive to other hotels in its price range.

The shower had black mold and the desk clerk could care less. All they said was could move us to a room near the freeway. No attempt to try and clean room or apology

Great our stay. Was pleasantly surprised to discover that they were back to offering hot breakfasts. Had a nice assortment of food options and the breakfast nook was very nice and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Decent hotel - nothing bad or terrible. Almost missed Monday breakfast. On Saturday check in they said breakfast was from 7-10AM. Good think we noticed the sign - that's on the weekend only. Monday is 6:30 - 9:30 am. Breakfast was mediocre - sausage and eggs the only hot items. Coffee was good! Back door is supposed to be locked but never was - did not close properly. Refrigerator actually FROZE a cup of water. Room 223.

The hotel as far as cleanliness goes was very good. They seemed to be short of staff and only serviced rooms for stays of four or more days. The TV was not working. You could not turn it on or off. The desk clerk or manager came and fiddled around with it and finally got it to turn on. However the guide didn’t work. You couldn’t key in the channel numbers because they didn’t work. We had to channel up or down until we could get to the program we wanted. At the end of the night we could not turn the TV off. The TV stayed on the entire three days and nights that we were at the hotel.

Indoor pool/hot tub were out of order. No prior notification was available. Wall paper was falling off the walls. Stains on showers. A/C was loud and kept us awake. Loads of other issues with the facility. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Value was not good.

The staff and breakfast were great, but the mattresses are soft and hurt your back. This is the essential part of a hotel stay, and if they can't do that right, I don't recommend it. The building and decor are old, and our bathroom was dirty.

The restroom showerhead was completely busted once it was time to shower there was water everywhere because of how busted the showerhead was. The restroom had a funky odor like a urinal. A strong, urine smell. Housekeeping was limited they said because they are shortstaffed. The breakfast options were very limited compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at like best Western Inn for example. We did pick this hotel as a last-minute resort, and I will definitely not be choosing this hotel again.

Great water pressure and free parking. Breakfast was free and the eggs, sausages, and waffles were great. Grounds inside and outside were clean and well maintained. Refrigerator was cold which was nice. Beds were very firm, too firm to be comfortable. Staff was excellent and common areas were cleaned regularly and often.
