Would not recommend staying here. The housekeeper stole a dress that was left in the closet. Also the bathroom had used bottles still in the shower when we got first in the room.

It would have been nice to be able to control the thermostat in the room. Also, a firmer pillow would have been my preference.
The two gentlemen I spoke with at the front desk were very polite and helpful.

Room (on first floor) was not clean and had to change to another room (on first floor). Room that we change to was worse. Broken window (lower left 1/4 with some tape to hold it together) and with hole I could put my hand thru. Wet floor near broken window. No sink drain stopper and dirty floor in bathroom. Had to get a remote for the TV from the front desk. We have a claim in.

Loved the location next to the airport. The hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous. We enjoyed the quiet room!

I was completely shocked and irritated when I checked in that the pet fee was $75! There is no mention of this outrageous fee on their website nor on the site description on 3rd party reservation sites. It is a hidden and dishonest fee.
I have never paid more than $50 and that was at much higher quality hotels. The staff member explained there are different rates at different Hampton Inn sites. When there are holes in the wall in my room from removed screws/lamps, worn carpet and shower doors not secure, I do not accept that this hotel site is of such quality as to charge the exorbitant $75 pet fee.
That is my last stay at Hampton.

The staff are very good. I would say outstanding in delivering customer service, they are knowledgeable and confident. The hotel place is safe especially when i saw the sheriffs vehicle makes rounds in the area. This is the only hotel that service a from and to a shuttle airport. It was very convenient. Breakfast is served on time and well organized and clean.

Not sure if this property has a maintenance staff and or the housekeeper staff shows zero attention to detail when servicing a room. Our room had broke shower curtain rod Broken outlet items ans lights that don’t work
I use to be a rooms division manager for Hilton hotels Man have things changed when it comes down to caring for your property

Short stay, very safe area, away from the all the noise and people who just don't sleep at night trying to find things to do to your car at night when I am asleep for work the next day. Good Breakfast

We had stayed there before and had a good stay. This time the first room they gave us 406 had bed bugs. We notified the front desk and they moved us to a room that did not have bed bugs but carpet was very dirty.

Overall it was great. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was comfortable and the service was very friendly. The room was clean except that the old coffee packets were left in the coffee maker.

They didnt honor their park and ride agreement with me. I was told they would drop me off AND bring me back to my car on my return a week later. Aged 68, i ended up walking for 30 minutes back to the hotel. When i made a complaint to the clerk on my 3AM arrival, he said they would only pick me up at the airport if i was staying on my return. Ive never seen a park and ride work that way. I'll choose a other nearby hotel for my next trip

This was the most restful night of sleep, I’ve had in a very long time. Property was bright and secured. Food was awesome in the morning. Staff was amazing. I will stay here again.

Noise from upstairs room. Called front desk. Nothing happened. Never asked if I wanted to change rooms. Got woken up at 0430 by car alarm. Front desk said “yeah it’s been going off for 20 minutes.” I guess he never thought to call the room and tell them to silence their alarm. Told Megan at the front desk about my stay and she replied “So us there anything else that was in my control?” Sarcastic and rude. She shouldn’t be in the service industry. I wouldn’t stay here.

They cancel my stay for ridiculous policy for 2 day that I booked I was traveling from far away and they rent away my room
When l come was not rooms available eve though I reserved a week in advance
I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay there
I was mistreated by the recepción
this is my first worst experience in a hotel.so disappointed I wouldn’t stay or even reserved a room at that location
