We saved up for this trip, and it was worth every penny. The priciness comes right back to you in the experience. Friendly and helpful staff make everything better. The location is smack dab in the middle of Cannery Row. We plan on saving up again. We had a great experience.

Broken things in the bathroom we had to ask the engineer team to come fix, walls are too thin in hotel, and room could have been cleaner.

Staff was great! Got a room upgrade with amazing view
Food at restaurant was great too. Room service came straight from the restaurant and took maybe 20 minutes!! The fries were still hot and crispy!!! I cannot wait to go back!!!

Hotel is clean, nice staff, room 377 needs a new mattress. My back is wrecked from that bed it was awful. Overall great location and clean. Pool is a lap pool not a pool.

My fiancé and I have always stayed at the intercontinental hotel in Monterey. We returned as newly weds and the staff were amazing during our stay. All the amenities are beautiful.

Right on the beach. Just a 2-3 min walk to the aquarium. The room was very clean and you can’t hear anyone else when you’re in your room. Only complaint was that the bed was a little too firm.

First rate from start to finish, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The amenities were first rate with a fantastic view of Monterey Bay..
You have to pick the right time of year to visit in order to get the best value. All in all a great experience.

The hotel was great except they need to replace the beds and pillows. Made our sleep unbearable. Came to de-stress and left physically tight and sleep deprived.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Clement n Monterey. The amenities are amazing, the bar is nice with live music, the restaurant has great food but most of all…the views. The outdoor space at this property is amazing. Staff kind and efficient.

This hotel is wonderful. Right next to the aquarium on cannery row. The restaurant on-site is expensive but delicious and very accommodating for kids. We will definitely stay here again!

The only negative about this hotle was the king bed which, was very saggy and unconfortable. I couldn't sleep that night. :(

This property thought it was more important to steal my money rather than refund a 1 night stay when travel became impossible. A massive storm in the area prevented all travel and this hotel would not cancel and refund my stay. They are thieves.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating for an earlier check-in. Room was clean and very warm and welcoming. Kids absolutely loved having the fireplace, it was a first for them.

We needed a much needed break and we thought this hotel would do it for my family due to the location and being so close to the aquarium. Once we arrived, the staff upgraded my room (due to being an IHG member) and gave me all my essentials that I would need during my stay. They were extremely personable and friendly. Throughout my stay they assured that everything was going as planned. The location of this hotel cannot be beat, you are steps from the aquarium, restaurants and shops. The three days that I was there we hardly used our vehicle because of how great the location is. When I go back, I will be staying here again. Truly a wonderful experience and not one bad thing to say about this hotel and their staff.

For the price I thought it would be a much nicer room. $400 bucks for a night in a room that looks exactly the same of a Holiday Inn, but without breakfast and they don’t even have a microwave in the room. You’re just paying for the location. Not worth it. Plus $45 parking…
