We had some issues with check in. Customer service told us our room would be ready early by approximately 1pm. We drove from out of state, and our room was still not ready as of 4:45pm which is 45 mins after the quoted 4pm check in time. This left us trying to keep our little ones occupied for several hours. After talking to the front desk several times, they finally put us in the same category of room - just a different room than the one they supposedly had assigned to us. The food is a bit pricey, but it’s really decent food and worth the convenience of staying on the property. The water park is great here - not too big, not too small. This was our 2nd time here, and we will probably return with a different approach to check in.

Great place to enjoy with the grandkids over spring break. Everyone had lots of fun and will come back.
However, there was a hot water problem in our room. It took a long time to get hot water, it was not very hot and it kept going hot and cold. Would expect to be able to take a hot shower but this was not the case.

We were not informed how to play any of the games. No map of the water park area. Needed a wheelchair to get around. Had to pay for anything you wanted to do. We did not order breakfast as they were $21.00plus for any age person. My grand-daughter is only 4 and eats about 1/2 cup of food per meal and her drink. Our grandson is 6 and could not possibly eat $21.00 of food! We brought breakfast foods with us and then went to a restaurant in town for suppers. The kids loved the Wave Pool!! And, the Lazy River. The only thing free was a pair of Wolf Ears!

Booked a non smoking deluxe family suite. Checked in and the room smelled of smoke. Told front dest, and we were DOWNGRADED to a family suite, without being given a discount.
In the midle if the night, i had a diabetic blood sugar crash, and went to the vending machines to get something to eat. The machines wernt working. Stopped at the front dest to ask if I was doing something wrong. She said no, the machine dont always work and have a mind if their own. No good for a diabetic. Other than that everythi g was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay was great! Kids had a blast. I would have liked there to be laundry facilities at the lodge though. Having Dunkin on site was great but ordering on the app or the screen was frustrating because for certain things you need to tell an actual person for it to be made right. But that's a minor issue.

Came here for grand baby birthday get away. Every person I needed service from was extremely polite and professional. I absolutely love that!! The family and I had a wonderful time. I will definitely return here in the future!! Appreciate the attention to details.

Overall is good. The room is kinda like Jack and Jill style. If the next door neighbor is talking, you can catch most of the information.

With that said, my stay was not great. I fell on the stairs in pool area and I couldn’t swim the duration of my stay.

Would need some improvements: staff need to know layout of facility so that they can assist with customers questions. Magic quest need more staff coverage. One guy helping everyone out and unable to answer questions since he’s swamped is not ok.
Room not sound proof, so you can literally hear people talking and feel door closing over and over.

It was a decent stay but sooooo busy & expensive I understand it's a popular hotel but good luck getting into the pool area one of the day's there were 5 different daycamps even one of the staff members said she was confused as to why they would let so many come on the same day. It takes away from everyone else. You pay to enjoy yourself but when the pool area is way to busy & there's no were to set your belongings it get's very frustrating. Not to mention upon checking in we got sent to a dirty room had to go back to the front desk figure that out & then carry all our stuff on the other side of the hotel. For the price you pay it's not worth it.

I was charged twice. I made a reservation by Hotel.com but charged at the lodge with extra $195.99 please cancel the amount. I thought it was deposit when I checked in.

Overall, it's okay, but the food sold at the pool is really tasteless, and the salad doesn't have dressing, so you have to eat only vegetables.

Well everything was great we love the water park and the staff were great and when we check in to our room we love it just couple of things didn’t work like the hair dryer one of the sinks didn’t work and the coffee maker wasn’t working good but after all we had a great time and we love our experience and I recommend it to all the families my kids where really happy

The lady told me the pool closes at 10pm then it close’s really at 8pm so we left 6 flags to come swim an it was closed lol but other then that it was ok
