The condition of the facility was slightly damaged. I heard mice during the night.

The suite was very clean, well stocked with towels. The staff was very helpful when we had an issue with our room key. The property over all is very well maintained inside and outside. We plan to return next year.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. No complaints. A preference for us is handicap toilets.

Pictures on the site are most likely from when it was built. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the lobby, the washer and dryer were out of service. It looked like they were patching up holes in the hallway and up at the front desk. Our room key quit working but the lady at the front desk was friendly and she did what she could to fix the problem. She called maintenance and they didn’t want to come up so she had to fix it herself. Luckily my husband was there to help her out and the problem was solved.

The area around the hotel is fairly new and building up around the Legends area. This hotel has a 90s feel and needs to be either torn down or renovated. The carpet throughout is dirty, floors around the breakfast area do not look like a mop has touched them i months. The room had space but again, looked dated and not that clean. The toilet ran the entire day and night we were there, the shower lacked an adjustable shower head so the water just ate up your skin and towels were small and reminded me of highschool towels. The staff often complained about their work schedules so guests can hear them and they just did the minimum. I say quit and find another job. Wow, this place was just awful. Avoid it!

The hotel is under remodeling. The quality of work is low. It was disappointed on the uncomfortable beds. They hot and cold in the shower were vice versa. We had a sweet and it had a glass door that my father-in-law could have no privacy. The hallway carpets had the mud you put on the walls stained all over them. It looked like someone's doing a cheap fast remodel. It was very noisy, we were in room 102 and the doors slammed constantly and lots of children running up and down the stairs and it was definitely not a place to rest. They weren't taking care of the breakfast area very well. No one cleaning tables. It was very busy. No hot water to make tea 2 days in a row. Coffee tasted too strong and old and not much variety for items to choose

Hotel is being remodeled(?) Stay was decent but certainly not worth the price. Bought candy bar from the little shop and it was old and turning white/ moldy. They did replace it for me. Breakfast was just ok. Just unimpressed.

Bed was not comfortable-too hard and rooms need some updating! Tiles coming loose in bathroom and hot tub was only Luke warm! Hotel was fine other than that.

Went there for a weekend get away hoping to enjoy nice relaxing hot tub etc. nothing was stated online that pool and hot tub were out of order and hotel must have had some water issues and construction going on in entryway. And receptionist just said oh it was online but wasn’t So very disappointed with customer service and no offer to refund even part of cost

Has been my go to for trips to KC, but hotel is always under something, meaning carpet cleaning, pool cleaning, always has something going on, my room looked like it had not been stayed in or cleaned in a while judging by the ring in the toilet but it always feels comfortable and has room to move

We arrived to our hotel and once we got into the room we found bed bugs on our bed. We ended up leaving and not getting a refund. I’m extremely disappointed.

We usually like Country Inns when traveling. This one definitely needs some work. Pool center is closed, carpet in room was dirty, no luggage rack. Certain areas of room could use a good cleaning. Breakfast bar looked great but food was cold to tepid. Thought ok - will take back to room and microwave it. Microwave and frig can not be plugged in at same time. Had to move microwave, unplug frig and plug in microwave. By then everything including coffee and toast were cold☹️. Do not recommend.

Very nice staff! Close to restaurants, stores and entertainment places! Love the rooms very clean and doesn’t smell bad, no cigarette smells.

Pool was not available. Carpets need replaced, they have bleach stains and dirt stains.
Breakfast staff was taking their plates of food back to staff area before guests were finished.
I think breakfast on the weekends should extend to 10am for those who are there relaxing.

Great place to stay and close enough to the interstate so you’re not driving around a lot. Lots of shops and food near by. The building and grounds feel new and clean. I was pulling an RV and there was plenty of room to park in the back parking lot. I went out (pretty late) to grab something out of the back of my truck and security rolled through the parking lot which made me feel like my belongings were safe overnight. The ONLY downside was that they were repainting and the smell was really strong on the first floor. We were stay on the 3rd floor and once you exited the elevator, the strong paint smell disbursed. The room was roomy and nice. We would definitely stay here again when passing through.

The pool wasn't available. Fire alarm went off & had to stay in the car because it was so cold. They handled it very well. The lady taking care of the breakfast area did a great job! Friendly etc. People at front desk polite & helpful.

Front desk representative was very nice. We got to our room and it was warm which was great because it was freezing out. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t have a clock in the room but other than that, everything was great.

I was charged twice for my room. They keep telling me one of the charges will fall off. We shall see. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. No water pressure in the shower

Regular visitors here. We stay here 4-5 times a year. Always treat us wonderfully. I request a certain room for my disabled husband and it never fails that they take care of us. The staff is excellent and very pleasant and professional.

Overall hotel seems to be old. so, many things are getting rusted. Biggest issue was Bed. One bed was unusable to sleep.

Their pool and hot tub was down without any notice and we specifically booked this one for the hot tub due to my step father having a health condition where the hot tub helps for pain. Needless to say he was in pain all night. The food was good the rooms were clean but the hallway REEKED OF WEED and we have a newborn. You could hear footstep abover your room all night and the window blinds were missing. Only the black out shade so we had to keep it closed and we’re in a dark room or else people could see us changing. No sheer curtain was there to let in light.

Disappointed by this hotel. The pictures and prior reviews seemed hopeful but I will not be taking my family to this hotel again. The carpets/chairs were stained, the rooms lacked outlets and were not clean. Our refrigerator did not work and it was not replaced before our babies went to sleep so we just went without. There was also a washcloth hanging from over a vent in our “no smoking” room. Would not recommend.

I don't recommend this hotel. Specifically, the beds as they are very hard. Also, the TV's are very outdated and ours wouldn't even turn on. Luckily, we were just passing through and only stayed one night.

For an overnight stay it’s decent. We had stayed here last year and they were a lot cleaner and nicer. I can’t believe in a year. How the condition was this time. Def will not be on my list to book for next time we visit family in this area.

Beautiful Hotel! The entire staff was super friendly 100% of the time. I stayed there for one month. And they accommodated my unique requests with a smile. The hotel is clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable. I had exceptional service from Royce, Mandy, Arianna and everyone else there, I just didn’t get all their names. The price is inexpensive and the amenities were wonderful. 100% recommend!

Our room was not available at 4:45, when check in starts at 3:00. We opted for a room with a kitchen, considering we were going to be there for 4 nights. They wanted to put us in a different room which wasn’t a suite, but would not offer a refund, or coupon for the next stay. We finally the promised room, but only because another couple gave it up. They were only staying for one night. The room was so dirty. No silverware or cooking utensils. We had to go to Target and get our own cleaning and cooking supplies. The bed didn’t have a comforter, because “they were all dirty.” We were supposed to have maid service on the third day, but they didn’t even knock to ask if we needed it. We were given extra towels, and toilet paper but that was the only flexibility they offered. Costumer service was awful.
