I liked the room set up, the kitchen was well stocked, the front staff was very helpful with dining suggestions, everything was clean and neat and the breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Very convenient

It would be nice to have working ice machines on each floor and the pop machine working. It was broken this time last year too.

Comfty, clean rooms. Our floor was quiet and the Hotel staff was friendly. Great breakfast!! :)

The staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. There are dings and scrapes on the paint and trim in the halls from guests luggage. But the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Definitely was a great stay and my husband really loved the breakfast and the staff

The breakfast was Top Notch! Wine and appetizer Happy Hour Monday -Wednesday nights was a ver inviting surprise too. My week long stay exceeded my expectations.

The staff was amazing! We had a 4 night stay with family. They were extremely accomodating and one of the best hotels, staff wise, that we have ever stayed in.

Staybridge location perfect, the scenery perfect ; building inside needs new carpet at entrance, and new carpets in suites My room was not fresh asked for air purifier which they did place in room for couple hours it did help, meal area I saw a few flies so was only able to get breakfast that was covered , no fruits bc they were not covered . The one dryer that worked did malfunction the day I tried to use it , in the exercise room day I tried to use it all treadmills needed service . I would have used the pool but pool needed service not any amount of chlorine could hide that it needed service. We had a pool so you know what a chlorine pool water should look like.

The property has 2 bedroom rooms available which works great for large families.

Room was clean and comfortable. AC was a bit lacking, but that was most lilely to the high temperatures outside.

Room was not clean trash under the bed with stains on the furiture. They double billed my stay. Still waiting for the GM to call back. Couldn't use the indoor pool too much chlorine. Disappointing I stay at Staybridge all the time and never expected this. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

Very pleased with our stay. Mariah was so helpful with a reservation date oops….thank you! All worked out well! Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the breakfast was amazing- great variety and LOVED the assortment of fruit with the yogurt. Pleasantly surprised with the evening happy hour 😊 we will pass info along to our friends and stay again if we are in the area.

The suite we stayed was very clean and welcoming. They had the appropriate good quality toiletries. Decent size kitchen and rooms. Good variety for breakfast and evening Manager's Special Mon-Wed. Gym and pool were let a let down. Close to all attractions and the staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We were travelling to different places and stayed at several hotels. Yours was the BEST! A++ on the breakfast spread especially!

Just what we were looking for. Loved the layout in the room. I will be staying here when we visit Magic Springs. We found a home. Check in was great and the person behind the desk was SO helpful.

Staff was attentive and friendly, but the hotel breakfast and cleanliness was just ok. Also, the ac went out the last night we were there. Hotel manager said she would contact Expedia about providing us a discounted rate, but we have yet to hear back from anyone. I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

Amazing

Lovely setting! Please note: the highway exit is absolutely treacherous, they accept dog guests, and the bed was not first class. However, breakfast was nice, and we would stay again.

It was the best ever continental breakfast loved all the fresh berries, grapes and the delicious muffins. Lots of nice extras!

The stay was not horrible, but for the price, I expected more from the facility. Our sink in the backroom was shattered and cracked as well as the metal drain, the bathtub has a big stain/delaminated spot, and the indoor pool was really dingy like it needed chemicals. On the plus side, the suite seemed clean, the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was awesome! Not a bad experience but for $300 per night, I won't stay there again.
