Great breakfast

Even though the hotel is right on a main busy street it was very quiet

Stay was good

Very noisy as it is directly off the highway. Lots of loud intoxicated people throughout the night. Right next to Texas Roadhouse which is convenient. Staff are all friendly and helpful but they seem to be short staffed as no one was manning the front desk at check out time.

Nice, modern, clean, well kept, very good customer service, convenient access from highway.

Everything was good

The hotel was over pretty clean, but the service in the front desk. I had to wait until the booking check in time and even after I checked in exactly the time it said I had to wait additionally 30 minutes at the lobby because he didn’t have any rooms cleaned, I can understand because it was the week of New Year’s but overall the room was clean. The bathroom is clean. The area is nice it’s convenient there’s a Walmart and Aldi.

This was the worst stay at any hotel. It was for my daughters birthday and first thing the indoor pool was closed, the whole reason we even booked that hotel and that was not communicated at all upon arrival. One of the rooms smelled of an overly floral masking scent like a deodorizer was used, it instantly caused headaches, the shower was dirty, there was trash left on the floor from previous guests and no toilet paper. The other room did not share the scent but had a clogged sink, no hand soap, a wet spot that we were suspicious of being dog pee as they allow pets, my daughter stepped in that, holes in the sheets. I complained with Expedia who called the hotel they said as she wasn’t the manager she couldn’t approve a refund but the manager tomorrow would. She comes up to investigate the rooms and is also shocked and apologetic, we switched our room and this one smelled musty and old, my allergies immediately started up, the microwave was disgusting, the phone was missing buttons and unusable. Again the front desk woman assured me I’d get a refund and apologized. She even gave me a complimentary Benadryl since I was now having an allergic reaction to the new room at 10pm. I talked to Expedia who once again assured me I’d get a refund and they would never allow such customer dissatisfaction only to be told the hotel refused and there’s nothing they can do about it. I will never stay there again but I also doubt I will ever use Expedia again either.

The hotel room is clean, front desk staff is friendly. The breakfast is also good. Great value.

Amazing time , Kind Staff , Beautiful Clean Room And Environment

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and decorated for the holiday season. The room was a neutrally pleasant and the bathroom looked like it had ungone a renovation but the bathtub had paint peeling already. Towels were appropriately fluffy for the hotel tier. Breakfast wasn't earth shattering but fed you. Had eggs, sausages, and home fries in the warmer, waffles station, cereal and carbs. Fruit was lacking. The room I booked was a double queen bed. My daughter took one bed and I had ended up with the one that sagged badly in the corner. Having driven most of the day, I slept anyways but woke up wobbly. Would stay here again since we went to visit friends in the area and it was right off the highway and close to casual restaurants and grocery stores (Aldis/Walmart).

Just an overnight stay but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and they serve a complimentary breakfast from 6am-10am. Would definitely stay here again if I were ever in the area.

Staff very helpful

My stay was OK didn’t like I had to pay for parking was supposed to be heated but when I went swimming, it felt cool. I bet sheets has stains in it. It looked like blood stains that they could not get out. My room was next to the highway it was nosy. The plus the room was OK the pillows were horrible. The breakfast was good. Would I stay again? Yes maybe

Front desk staff wasn't clealy aware of the free guests Wifi password policy and provided inaccurate info. The heater wasn't blowing warm enough although we maximized the temperature entire night. In breakfast we asked for yoghurt and were told it was run out although it was before 7AM. At 3 AM I woke up due to a couple of patrons drinking and chatting loud by standing in the parking lot behind the building.

Prompt service when the TV remote was missing in our room. Friendly front desk staff.

Elevator had a missing call button which is illegal!!! This needs to get fixed immediately.

Clean and quiet. The breakfast had variety. We requested directions from the front desk which where not accurate. Overall, we would stay there again.

The front desk staff were so helpful. They gave us information on our upcoming trip to NYC and even went above and beyond to print out directions for us with a map! Amazing man and woman!

In a word, rude! The impression that you get of a hotel starts with the the first staff person you meet and this guy should be behind a mop not behind a desk! He was not helpful at all in fact he went out of his too not be helpful. We eventually got checked in after I had the agent from Hotels.com call him on the phone to show him how to locate our reservation. The room was fine, and we slept good once we got to our room.

We were coming from OH & due to circumstances ended up driving 12 hrs through the night. We called ahead to let the hotel know in case it affected our check in. We got there at 8am & they had already taken the liberty of checking us in & our room key was waiting for us. That small thing made our transition after a long night so much easier. We couldn't thank you enough for that.

Great location and clean room

Very nice experience. My only complaint was the bed was a little too hard and not enough pillows, other than that it was a nice experience.

This was my second time staying here as it serves the purpose of being near the Univ of West Haven. I have not had any issues with checking in and the staff have been pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is okay, and rooms are clean. Aside from Walmart and Texas Roadhouse which are both within walking distance, there is really nothing to do around the hotel unless you have a car. It is not located downtown where you can walk around and explore.

The bed was not clean the bathroom shower was very dirty with hair all over

Everything was fine they even allowed to park under awning being the fact my bed was packed with all my daughter dorm room belongings. we were moving her in and my truck didn’t have a cover which I though was great. The negatives were the faucet spigot came off when I turned the sink there was a hole in the wall and a garbage bag over the smoke detector. But those minor wouldn’t stop from staying again.
