Food was ok. Staff was friendly. Shower could use updating and tub. Water doesn’t drain until you turn it off. Amenities were good had stove, fridge, washer machine.

Sticky film on kitchen floor that was cleaned promptly. Spillage on bedside table of unknown substance and stains on carpet. We also had a late night knock on our door by an individual who said “ I have your request”. Just as I was replying “ we didn’t have a request” trying to find the peep hole in which someone had stuffed a paper towel, he took off into the stairwell. Made us very nervous. The next morning front desk didn’t seemed concerned and did not verify it as a hotel employee. Hotel does secure the front doors with room key entry. Also has a parking few we weren’t aware of.

Good sized room for our family of 5. Had a kitchen of you wanted to cook. The location was great for being close to restaurants and the freeway.

We came for the weekend and chose here because we have our dog with us. I was surprised by a $75 pet fee. Thats a little high. The stay was ok but NO information was given ahead of time. I had to ask. Ie... Is there a dog area?, what time is breakfast served? etc. Then after checking out i was surprised to see daily parking fees added. This certainly should have been disclosed. I've traveled all over this country and rarely had to pay for parking at any hotel. We will most likely avoid Staybridge suites from now on!
Oh, and I had to take the lid off the toilet after every flush to fix it from running constantly.

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable suites, clean rooms, full kitchen a plus when traveling with kids, indoor pool, gym, great breakfast.
Cons: shower drain was going down very slow, dirt water collected while showering, more seating area would be nice tends to get crowded. People where standing around with their plates waiting for tables. We got charged $25 not sure for what.
Overrall it was a pleasant stay.

Pool was not open even though the staff kept saying it'd be open the next day, we waited for our entire stay of 3 days.
No full-service house keeping, light service could be provided if requested.
Wifi signal inside the room is very weak, even unconnectable.

Continental breakfast was delicious, different options throughout the week. And they have a social gathering in the evenings with wine and snacks.
Wished there was an enclosed pet relief area.

I like that you have options on the room sizes. I am a father with 2 small kids that lives out of state. It was easy to have the two bedroom for myself and my ex while I visited. Room was clean and the staff was very nice. I will be staying here again in the future when time comes for the next visit.

We are IHG members. Front desk gal said she couldn’t see on her computer tye member nightly rate for us to book. I had to go online and booked with hotels.com as was less than she quoted us. She didn’t offer us water upon check in. Room was very loud as we backed up to the elevator. Beds not comfortable and tv was put in a weird place so you had to crook your neck to see the tv from the bed. Hair dryer was an old dinosaur of a dryer. List goes on. Hallway people were noisy up until 11 pm and we had to get up super early. Not sure we would stay at this particular IHG hotel next time.

Friendly staff, suite was spacious and comfortable. Has everything there to enjoy if you want to stay in all day. Nice patio area and indoor pool. Breakfast was very good. Good selection of food and drink for everyone.

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The oatmeal was under-cooked both the days we were there. The hotel staff is not too nice though. You would expect them to be more warm and courteous.

The hotel was super clean and the staff were so nice. Especially the night lady w the pet turtle. She was so wonderful and caring. Had a great time.

This hotel is right off the freeway. We could hear a little traffic but just kept the AC going and it completely drowned the modest noise out.
The indoor was great for my three year old. We checked in around 8:30pm and Jenny was amazing. So kind and friendly. The next morning the breakfast staff gal was amazing. Very sweet to my three year old, talked to her and myself. Our room was great! We will stay here again. A king bed with a pull out side, kitchen with large standup frig, microwave, dishwasher and stove. Reminds me of my first apartment. Super clean, great area out of town, but still close.

Was nicely located, felt safe. Had seen reviews for other inns and the reviews were not good (One had a homeless encampment next to it). This was away from the casinos and just felt good. Service was above excepted.

Didnt sleep all night due to heavy marijuana smell as of 11pm thru the night. Seemed going thru vents from other rooms

We liked the layout of the room and bathroom area, the only downside was that sofa bed was broken it was still usable but I notified the front desk and she said that somebody was going to check it out but nothing happened.

This is our favorite hotel in Reno. The accommodations are first-rate, wonderful breakfast, and the staff is always most helpful.

Room had mold in the bathroom. Pool never had towels. Not much parking. Breakfast was always extremely busy and everything would run out early.

Staybridge is located in a nice area but the parking really sucks. Parking was always occupied by big trucks that took up all parking spaces. Breakfast was not so great with workers being rude because there was no utensils and doing their job sloppy. Lastly very disappointed that their pool was closed which was the only reason why I stayed here so the kids can use it.

The room was good sized, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the room wasn't super clean; there was some trash under the pull out couch and there was something splattered all over the framed picture in the living area. Overall, the hotel overall felt pretty clean and well kept. The breakfast staff in the morning was less than friendly, but they did their best to keep up with the morning rush. I would stay here again.

We booked a 2 room suite for overnight in Reno. Super clean and no fragrances at all which we love due to allergies. Breakfast was substantial and they prepared additional omelets for us as we like to sleep in. Noon checkout worked great. Checking in was easy and they were very helpful with my my 2 calls ahead of our trip due to the blizzard of 2023 in Tahoe for our ski trip. Safe area. Easy parking. No airport shuttle offered to hotel. You are near the airport so bring your earplugs and you will not be bothered at all.

Staff was real nice and friendly. The room was nicely cleaned. Was very surprised there were two nice size TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. What highly recommend. I will love to come back again.
