My greeting at the front desk upon arrival made me feel like I was an inconvenience to the hotel when I checked in. I had a party of loud people on each side of my room until approximately 430AM. When I called the front desk, I had no answer. No coffee pot was in the room like normal and it was advertised as so. After staying awake until 430AM and having to work the next day, this was a horrible combination.

The rooms no longer have coffee makers and not even cups to drink a glass of wine from. No pad of paper or pen, one box of Kleenex that had only a few left. No shower cap. Wasn’t allowed to take my own luggage to my room so had to wait for the bellman to bring it up. (He was incredibly kind though and later brought us cups.). For housekeeping the second day but not the third. (They came early so I asked them to return later when we’d be gone.). They agreed but when we got back that night they hadn’t been there. The pool area is beautiful and we looked forward to using it but it closed at 7 so we weren’t able to. The bed was comfortable but beyond that, and for the price of the room, we didn’t get much. It was my 3rd stay but I won’t stay again. A coffee maker or a few cups shouldn’t be too much to ask for.

We enjoyed our stay at Aliante. The pool was surprisingly great. The gym was great. The room was ok. The toilet in the bathroom was running constantly and there were a couple things that needed some maintenance. The toilet paper holder was broken and the coffee machine needed help. We love the location and price we just hope they continue to upkeep the problems with a little effort

Excellent room

The stay was great. But how do older people get into the shower, I did not shower because of that. We were wondering if all rooms are like that.??? Our room # was ^011

I requested a room that was on the quieter side and they put me near where the cleaning staff was and all I heard was people leaving the room and the door rattling. Cleaning staff made up my room twice during a 6 day stay and did not replenish anything-coffee etc. I tried to use the internet for work and the internet was down. I ordered food and the order was completely wrong. For an upscale hotel, I was disappointed in the service and the facilities. If you looked in the parking lot, no cleaning was attempted.
