Hotel was great. Clean, up to date, nice amenities. Staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t overly friendly either

The restaurant service was bad.

It was horrible. I checked in at 10:00 pm after a long day and the front desk said they gave my 2 Bedroom unit away. I complained as I already reserved and paid for it weeks in advanced so I was confused why they would give it away. Then the manager got involved and I thought she made it right as she gave me the key, but then when my friend (who demands his own room…snores) and I got to the room, the keys didn’t work. I went back down to the front desk and their system wasn’t working for 15 minutes so at 10:30 pm I'm waiting to gain access to what I thought was my 2 bedroom room. After 15 minutes, the manager had to come up and allow access to my room and to my surprise, it was only a king bed with a pull out couch!! I then complained again as I paid for a 2 Bedroom unit not a king bedroom with a pull out couch. The manager said this was the 2 Bedroom unit, which I believe was a lie as there is no way a king bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room is a “2 bedroom” room. When my friend opened up the pull out couch, there was a nasty stain on the bed. There was no bedsheets or pillows so he had to go back down to request sheets. He asked for a new room as he didn’t want to sleep on a stained mattress but they said they had no more. He ended up sleeping on the stained mattress. It was a disaster from the beginning. This is my first time ever commenting on a hotel stay…

I had a great stay

Could not meet up with the shuttle at the airport. We were told 15 and 45 after each hr but they never said it was inly on the west side.

We went to the Hotel expecting it to be wonderful for our weekend stay for a Dance competition. We ended up in a room that was absolutely not clean at all hair all over the bathroom. Something gross on the bed we took a picture of. The Hotel then moved us to another room that was dirty. It clearly had not been wiped down or vacuumed. The hotel front desk was very understanding when we asked for our money back and left to another Hotel in the area.

Excellent hotel near DIA. High quality and good value. Service was friendly and efficient. This will be our go to hotel when staying at DIA the night before overseas trips

Was just the shelter from the storm we needed. Only complaint was airport shuttle was 25 minutes behind and overbooked … we were 4:30 am and didn’t leave until almost 5 and since some of the other frustrated guests ordered Uber, we ended up waiting for some of the 5 am riders which was frustrating bc made us even later to the airport (and the shuttle service was why we booked). Nice room, hotel and staff

I booked a stay for a few hours as a stop over only and was denied reimbursement by both Hotels.com and the DoubleTree Hilton, each blaming the other for no refund when it was totally out of my control due to snow storms and awful weather. SUCH A HUGE BUMMER!!!

The hotel was clean and nice but the restaurant was loud and apparently did not have heat - the bartender said it had been months of waiting for corporate to fix the problem

The reason I gave an average overall score is that we booked the room for 5 people, but there were towels just for 2, there was no extra pillow, sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. In addition, the shampoo and shower gel were not full. We arrived late and wanted to go to bed but had to wait until we got what was missing. Staff was great though.

The person in the reception in the mornimg was very distracted and he dosen't control at 4:30 am the names of people who recerv the shotul for the airpor and whwn we dont have espace he get engry. Very bad.

No WiFi is a deal breaker

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Fresh cookies when we checked in and the restaurant attached, the Tower Top and Grill Bar was actually amazing food! I had the Chefs Special, blue cheese crusted filet and Brussels sprouts for the app and it was honestly one of the best meals I have had. I was not expecting the food to be that good at a “hotel” restaurant but I highly recommend at least giving it a shot.

Staff need better training dealing with tourists

Could not control temperature in room, very hot. Was not informed of the $100 NON-refundable pet fee. Will not stay here again. Front desk not informative about internet service

Reasonable rooms/beds. They advertise a shuttle to the airport. Checked in and asked about the shuttle and they gave me details. In the morning I find out there is a sign up and the shuttle is full. No mention of a sign up by the staff that checked me in and no apology or anything from the morning staff.

I was not informed about the shuttle upon check in, I took an uber to the hotel. Fast check in upon arrival. Returned to the hotel around 1230a after a concert in downtown. My room key did not work. I went to the desk and informed the overnight agent perhaps my key was demagnetized. This is where it got a bit wonky. The agent told me it was not my room and the ID I handed her did not match the name on the room. I told her my bags were already in there, she could send the overnight porter up with me to verify my bags. She told me no and proceeded to argue with me, which was disappointing. I had to dig out the reservation receipt on my phone, she proceeded to call someone in the back office for 10 minutes. Then she returned, re-keyed my card, and said 'here ya go'. This was it. Housekeeping woke me up at 8am on Saturday.
