With a small amount of money and thought, this hotel would get 5* all the way. It was let down by being a little shabby. Needs a face lift.

Hello there, It’s really too far from every thing. you take a taxi to everywhere, staff are very friendly as usual. The Thai people are very friendly and very well coming but most of the time just pretend overall experience leaving there. I was not happy each time. Get to take a taxi to go somewhere, so it’s far away from walking from everywhere from walking street all the beach look at some better property. It’s really high price it’s not worth of money. We stay in the family room Thank you so much for reading. I am waiting for reply.

The room was just okay, looked old, no hot water for the shower. Had to change rooms half way through my stay because the toilet stopped working. People in rooms near mine were noisy all day because they let their children scream and run up and down the halls and slamming doors.

The staff were very good and cannot fault but the room now is very dated and probably over priced. The room i had had the wall paper peeling in the corner of the room.
If i was staying more than the four nights i would have asked to be moved.
The location is good and at the right price its ok. And the people working there are good.

Good hotel. Staff are fantastic, room good no issues. Cleaned daily and friendly people. Pool area good, bit of a sun trap on days. Good area, quiet but restaurants around the area. Around 10 minutes walk to main area. All in all very satisfied, would stay again. 👍👍👍

It's great value for money with the free upgrade to a bedroom suite. The location is the only minor downside, it's a bit out of the way. However, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to areas where you can catch the baht bus.

This is a nice hotel. Away from the hustle-and-bustle of the southern area locations in Pattaya. The suite room was good. The staff was not nearly as friendly and helpful as other locations I have stayed at in the city. The pool is nice. HOWEVER...there is a disco close to the hotel and at 1:00am...the music starts and it continues until 5am in the morning EVERY NIGHT! The constant BOOM, BOOM of the music was very annoying and I may not return to this location because of it.

Quite far away from walking street or shopping area. But there are 2 club nearby walking distant, Hollywood & Muze. Also few restaurant serve food 24h.

Have stayed here several times now. Everywhere clean and tidy and been constantly upgraded with minimal disruption to guests. The staff are amazing and helpful and things get done when asked. Some things a little tired through wear and tear but are been looked at. Pool area is an all day suntrap and peaceful. Great for families or singles. Room service is from the Jameson pub on the complex and excellent the Sunday roast meat platter is a must. Am hoping to go again near Xmas or early next year. Superb budget hotel.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area excellent. However we could never get warm water for a shower in our room, no matter what time of day we tried. Staff always helpful.

Overall, a satisfying stay once again, at this hotel. The 2BRM Apartment is very roomy and the added bonus of a large balcony was welcoming. The aircons in the lounge as well as both the bedrooms were not working which was disappointing. But we were shifted to another room the next day and all was well. It might pay for the reception staff to be a more welcoming. Guess the language barrier may cause anxiety??? All in all, I’d definitely visit here again. Great value for $$$

My 7 night stay was comfortable with no adverse experiences. The hotel's best facility is the large swimming pool and shaded loungers. The room fittings are in reasonable condition and the housekeeping standard is high.
Two negative points: first there is no café nor breakfast provision, although their sister hotel, 5 minutes walk, provides an international buffet breakfast, Second, the gym is poorly maintained and is not manned by staff.

Noisy and the electricity was out from 9am to 5pm and they charged us for the full day, another guest was asking for half a day refund and they declined, the lady at the reception in the morning was also rude and had an atitude. Other that everything was fine.

Things could have been a lot better at this hotel if they would have tried to make a little more comfortable. It was either too hot or too cold in the room and they would not give me a top sheet for the bed. They said if they took the comforter away it would give you a top sheet or charge me for the top sheet. I was very disappointed. The management was not there and the people said they had to follow procedures. Check in was a bit of a hassle,but after that everything was pretty good.We had a 2 bedroom room which was huge.Only downside was it was right above Jamiesons bar so it got a bit noisy at night.Great buffet restaurants nearby and soi 6 and a bunch of bars only 5 minute walk.For the price it was a good stay.If you are on a tight budget would recommend

Overall it was a pleasant experience, I was allocated a quiet room which was clean and serviced every day. The hotel was good value for money and located in a quieter neighbourhood than most of the hotels in Pattaya. About a 15 minute walk to Central Festivals Mall on Beach Road so it handy enough to the hustle and bustle of Pattaya nightlife if that's what your after.

Stayed three nights in the studio room. Got good deal through Expedia. The room was very spacious with balcony and fitted with microwave, refrigerator and hot plate etc. Bathroom was good. Housekeeping was done everyday. Hotel is very close to 7 elevan. Overall it was a good hotel to stay.

Off the main roads so not a good idea to try to drive there on your first visit and I was required to leave a 200 Baht deposit for the room key so luckily my Thai girlfriend was with me as I hadn't changed my money at that stage. Hotel is okay with you taking girls back to your room but they'll have to leave their ID.
Not too far to walk to the beach, I did it every day, but if you're feeling lazy there are motorbike taxis on every corner which charge 50 Baht (around 1 UK Pound). Walking street is do-able but it's a good walk.
