The room layout felt awkward. Only the unit by the window worked for cooling the room, and it didn’t cool the room very well. Shower has a drip that was consistently loud when trying to sleep. The customer service was exceptional, just wasn’t overly pleased with the room.

We did enjoy our stay the only negative issue would be the pool was not clear, it had a greenish tint to it and they were very busy the first 4 days we were there and they could not replenish the breakfast items. But all in all it was a good stay.

Hyatt Place hotels have never been a disappointment. Clean, simple breakfast offerings for free. Great coffee too.

The hotel room mostly clean when we arrived. Except for the couch and the bathroom.
When we walked we were met with the sofa bed that looked disheveled - as the couch cushions were filthy and strewn about. We had to reassemble the couch including the filthy cushions. This couch was not comfortable and should be tossed.
In the bathroom, the grout between the tile in the shower and the bathroom floor looked dirty.
In the lobby, there is a sign that claims that the property has a planned refurbishment. This does not matter. There are severe quality issues here. Neglect.

This was a very nice hotel, very friendly staff. Only part that wasn’t great was the pool needed some upkeep.

Friendly staff in a decent location. The room had a hairball and there were only a couple of tissues. Otherwise good bed and a nice shower. The breakfast was average…good coffee though. It has snacks and beverages in the lobby and a little bar.

David checked us in and was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome while we had to wait about 15 minutes for our room to be ready. Hotel is nice, friendly staff and smelled really good when you entered not sure what it was but it was a good start to our stay. Free breakfast was appreciated but other than bagels and oatmeal it was not very appetizing but again free so can’t really complain. Our room was decent sized and looked clean other than there was a towel still hanging up behind the bathroom door and a few hairs on floor looks like it didn’t get swept. Over all it was a really good stay and nice place with friendly staff . Austin was the young man that checked us out and was very kind and pleasant who looked like he liked his job as well as David who checked us in. Would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. But, the pillows are made for children, not adults. They had no microwave to warm up left overs which was disappointing and no hot tub. When you pay over 200.00 you expect more than what we got. Oh, and remember to bring lotion and other stuff. They dont give samples.

It was lovely. Clean room, comfy bed, nice lobby. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or other amenities, as we were there just to sleep. The setup of the room was really nice—like a little suite! We had a nice time. The noon checkout was a nice surprise!

Got to the hotel at 3:30pm. Had to sit in the lobby for 30-45 minutes because the room wasn’t ready.

We stayed here for a few days and enjoyed it. The breakfast was decent and had variety, which was nice especially when traveling with family. The concierge Andy or Andrew was super helpful and has accommodated our requests for extra water bottles. Will definitely stay here again next time!

We never checked in, reservation was on the wrong day but Expedia said they could not help us change the date even though the we called the hotel before hand and they said there's plenty availability for the day we needed. We wanted to check in on the 6th but the reservation was for the 5th. Will never use or recommend Expedia again!

Loved having the equivalent of an extra room with the space around the pull out couch. Everything was clean, bed was super comfortable, front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpfull
