We stayed here two different times in one trip and each time was great. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. We took full advantage of the restaurants and shopping across the street. Will stay here again if hotel near airport is needed.

Loved the deluxe king room and convenient location near the airport. The shuttle service was great. The elevator sounded rickety.

Wonderful stay, staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is in the perfect place for eating and shopping. Loved the pool and hot tub, and breakfast was delicious. Definitely will be back.

Room in need of updates but was ok. Problem was the air conditioner made a clanging noise off and on all night long that made it impossible to sleep. Had to turn it off at 2am because it was keeping my whole family awake. Then just was super hot the rest of night. Worst night sleep at hotel I’ve gotten in years.

I booked this hotel coming back from two days of skiing and we had looked forward to spending time in the hotel and using the amenities. We really wanted to use the Jacuzzi which was not working and also there was a field trip of children there being very loud. We were unable to use the amenities. The front desk staff was very nice and I’m still waiting hoping to get a few points For the Jacuzzi, we were unable to use . The breakfast was very nice and the staff was kind and I’m hoping that management will help me a little bit with some points due to the two issues I had while staying there. Everything else was beautiful.

Limited staff. I have to wait 15 minutes to check in although there were only one person ahead of me. Other staff member, although available, did not help me. No water available, neither free or for purchase in the room. Probably a $100/night worth, which I paid $170/night. Will not stay here again. I can get the same services for a much less cost in the near by hotels.

My granddaughter and I stayed at The Hyatt to have a girls night, and a little shopping. This will definitely be our go-to hotel. The rooms, the staff, and breakfast were perfect. Can’t wait to return❤️

Nice comfortable room near cascade station and airport. Easy access to MAX to go downtown, free shuttle to airport. Multiple restaurants nearby. No car needed. Staff was helpful.

All good except I set up a shuttle service for 6:00 a.m. and was parking my vehicle for 3 weeks. I was there at 5:45 and waited until 6:10 called fromt desk and was told the next shuttle would be 6:20-6:30. I dont have :30 minutes of time to spare on business trips. Ended up taking my own vehicle. Very disappoint. Instead if owning the mistake/oversight/problem your staff made muliple excuses and blames it on me. Unacceptable. Do better.

Smooth check-in with friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping was great. Shuttle service is a plus! Our room was decently noisy would be my only complaint. We were on the third floor. Unless we were whispering we had someone pounding on our wall, at 7pm which was quite frustrating - we felt like we were unable to talk at all.

We would definitely return to this hotel and that in itself is an excellent review from us. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms and 3 paned windows were very well insulated from outside noise, except the door. But all hotels seem to have hollow doors that slam and allow noise from the hall to enter the rooms. They are very pet friendly. The breakfast buffet was superior to most other hotels. The location is perfect with so many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed dust on the lid of the ice bucket and small stains on the couch. I also think that if the carpets in the halls and main lobby were replaced, the slightly stale odor in the place would be greatly improved. The positives of the hotel far outweigh these minor negatives.

The parking fees was not added or disclosed by check in , it was added at the time of checkout… morover in morning breakfast when we ask to staff to refill the fresh milk in breakfast , she denied & said this is the only milk we have so no milk ….

Plenty of parking and shopping centers around. Great stay for a family of 5. The indoor pool was a blast for the kids.

Everything was great except for in the shower the wall was covered in women’s hair that had been spread on the wall. This indicates to me that it had not been cleaned. It was gross.
