Stayed in 'shoulder season', so service was limited (main door locked, elevator shut down, no front desk staff, at an early hour). The restaurant is not open this time of year.
The continental breakfast was replaced with more than enough food, left in the room's fridge. The room was nice & comfortable, with a large bed, fireplace, balcony. The hotel is in a beautiful nature setting, with bbq & fire pits.

I didn't like the fact that the restaurant closed so early. There weren't even sandwiches available also, the continental breakfast closed at 9:30 AM.

The cabins and lodge were cozy looking and the grounds maintained and in a quiet location.
The cabin I stayed in was mostly good. (Cozy Cabin #110) The induction hot plate could have come with directions and the kitchen wares were sparse. Dried bugs in the corners indicated poor house keeping and stink bugs kept getting in even with though the door and windows closed.
The cabin could use more electrical outlets. With four people wanting to charge their phones and laptops we had to take turns because there were only 2 available, unless you unplug an appliance or lamp.
Beds and pillows were comfortable.
The private hot tub was great, except the second day the water was only 98• (that’s cold for an October night)
The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and the dining room very cozy with a nice view.
Overall I would recommend this place as a nice get away.

This property is in desperate need of up keep. The owner should really invest in this place or it will get more and more run down. It's sad really.

Great MOUNTAIN LODGE outside the hustle and bustle of Revelstoke. Seven Kilometres from Trans-Canada Highway. This hotel is great. I saw many two and four star reviews from folks who never looked at a map before booking here. If you love peace and quiet and can live without a restaurant or a bar close to your hotel. You will love this place. BTW Pizza & Steakhouse delivers here. Try their Carnivore Pizza and Dry Ribs!

Exceptional mid week getaway. Everything was spot on from cleanliness to staff. If you are staying in the main lodge or a cabin this is a picturesque relaxing environment with great amenities and activities at your fingertips. Everything from walking, hiking, biking is right out the front door.

We had booked last minute so didn’t know what to expect and we’re pleasantly surprised by welcome drinks, continental breakfast that included scrambled egg and a pool that was empty when I went. Slightly disturbed sleep the second night when children were left alone in the room next door and were very loud but then quiet when they were told but that’s not the hotels fault. Other than that very quiet, good showers, good wifi and very pleasant staff.

I book this hotel through expedia. I found the pictures to be deceiving - they showed pictures of water access, canoes and a dock - no water access or docks. The property itself was dated and somewhat run down. The front deck staff was friendly, but when i asked about walking trails on the property, she didn't know, so i then asked if i could have a map of the property - no maps. When i went to sit on the sofa chair in our room, but butt almost went down to the floor as the springs in the chair were non existent. The property has a lot of potential, but just overall disappointing.

Nice place. Our room had 2 comfortable king beds, bathtub, mini fridge, microwave and a/c.

This property is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The a/c unit was very loud and didn’t seem to produce much cool air, therefore the room became very hot. Breakfast was included which was nice. We arrived too late for our welcome drink. I imagine if a person was staying longer and could take advantage of more of the resort’s facilities, it would be worth the money.

There is nothing to do anywhere around.
Thank goodness there is an excellent place to rent ATV's across the parking lot! Otherwise do not visit this property.
No dining , only breakfast. And that is poor and very limited!
Avoid this place.

A beautiful quiet spot a few minutes out of town. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean, view was amazing. Would love to stay again in the winter next time.

Very nice hotel in a very quiet remote area. Unfortunately the rests was closed which we had not anticipated. Having been on the road all day, we were looking forward to dinner at the property. Had to drive back down into the town.
Also, the safe in the room is a “nice to have”, but it sits on the floor under a table! Not sure how you get to it without getting down on your hands and knees!

Property and experience was great, the only complaints would be it’s a very late check in (4pm) luckily they let us into the bedroom earlier which was nice, plus there was some mattresses on the corner of the property next to the dumpster in the parking lot. The continental breakfast wasn’t worth it, would have assumed it would be more for a 200.00 a night stay? It was just some cereal/toast/bagel. The hot tub was not working during the time of the stay.
But we honestly had a lovely time, the rooms are huge and the beds are lively and the few staff we did speak with were lovely (we also stayed at the hotel out of season just before may long weekend so they were trying to get the property ready for the season

This property is quiet and relaxing, not too far from civilization, and yet far enough to truly unwind.
The staff is lovely, breakfast was well appointed, and the facilities are clean and well kept.

This is a great getaway place on a beautiful property. The drive in is a bit daunting as there are many unsavory businesses along the way- but the light is at the end of that tunnel! Also check with the property as it is a good 10-15mins out of town and when we arrived we were extremely disappointed that the kitchen closes for the ‘bench’ seasons. With no other dinner options we had to drive all the way back to Revelstoke- aside from that it was great!
