The place is really amazing. Just had my third visit and I'm always amazed at the consistency of the hotel. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful- often going above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and taken care of. The on-site restaurant provides a delightful room service. The rooms are clean, tasteful, quiet and oh-so luxurious!!! I look forward to my stay every time I'm able to book the Oxford Hotel!!!

Service is always amazing at the Oxford Hotel in Bend. I really appreciate how everyone there goes the extra mile to make my stay easier. I rolled up with my wife, baby and 2 dogs in our car and they got us unloaded and comfy in our room in no time. The crib was also already set up in the room, which is a huge relief. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to show up at a hotel after a long day on the road and have to immediately engage in a wrestling match with a broken or almost broken pack 'n play. Having it already set up is a huge help.

Loved the Oxford....a glass of champagne at check in, nice clean rooms, great location. Our only complaint was noise both in the early mornings & late evenings. Finally figured out we were above the restaurant. So all was well except a shortage of sleep. Would stay again, but not in the same room.

Everything was convenient, exceptional service, great suite, quality hotel! We dined in our room from 'Roam' and the food was great! We just wanted a quick getaway for some R&R and its exactly what we got and more.

Extremely friendly and attentive, front desk and ballet staff. The little custom touches, including soaps and coffee, as well as add-on amenities. Such as champagne were perfect for a anniversary staycation.

It was a great place all around. Easy walking to shops, activities, waterfront and restaurants. Staff was super nice and large room with amenities (coffee, bed linens, shampoo and conditioner!) were all great.

The staff was amazing! Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, well stocked. Only issue was the tv channels didn’t work, we were told they got new tvs and were troubleshooting them. Other than that, amazing property! We will be back!

Great stay! The room was perfect, staff is very attentive and helpful. Kids appreciated the sheep loveys and a story book in the room. The restaurant on site Roam is one of the best in Portland. Our meal were simply amazing. Definitely recommend to stay at Oxford if you are in Bend, OR.

Great location and very nice property. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only three issues. One the are outside elevator on sixth floor had smell. The parking is expensive. Third the shower in bathroom leaked.

The staff was so kind and helpful, the room was fantastic, and the hotel restaurant was very good. The location of the hotel is great; it is within walking distance of dozens of shops and restaurants as well as the riverfront paths.

Our stay at the Oxford Hotel in Bend was fantastic. In fact, if we ever get back to Bend, the Oxford is the only place we would consider staying. Everything, from the friendly staff to the great beds to the terrific atmosphere was top notch. If you're going to be in Bend, look no further than the Oxford Hotel Bend

I signed up for notifications when checking in. They sent me several helpful texts with information on what was happening in the area, including a link to the James Taylor concert happening that night.

The facility is beautiful and our room was lovely. Very clean, the bed was super comfy and the shower was great. We requested a crib for our baby and it was already in the room and set up when we checked in. The hotel even provided a little gift that we could take with us! The location is also right across from Thump Coffee, so if you are a coffee lover like myself, that's super handy :)

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Close to lots of breweries. In room coffee. They have a pillow menu where you can try different pillows, but I left the do not disturb sign out so they didn't bring them up. That's my bad. And it's European sleeping so just a comforter, no sheet. So I guess in the future we would just ask for a sheet as I had trouble lowering the temperature in the room but it was all manageable.

We really liked the hotel and the staff. A major drawback was the heating and AC were so loud you really couldn’t run them if you were trying to sleep (or watch tv).

Enjoyed the local restaurants, boutiques and cocktail lounges. Oxford was easy walking distance to all. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the fresh feel and smell of the clean bed that was So very comfortable. The soaking tub was our favorite feature of this amazing room! We also loved the cleanliness and eco-friendliness of the Oxford. The staff were all incredibly kind! We will be back!

This place is wonderful. It felt high end, but not stuffy. The staff was accommodating and friendly and the rooms were super comfortable and well appointed. The decor was interesting, which can't be said for many hotels at this price point. The location is great. Everything was great. A+

Our stay was excellent from the moment we check ed in and till we checked out. The rooms are very beautiful and comfy. I love the in-room coffee service as well. You will not be disappointed staying at this property.

Excellent hotel! One of my best hotel experiences yet. This was our first time traveling with 2 children and this place checked all the boxes for it. The location itself is walking distance to all the goodies in downtown Bend and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel everytime

One of the best run hotels that I've stayed in in a long time. Beautifully furnished with a friendly and extremely competent staff. In a nice extra touch for my family, the fact that such an excellent hotel is dog friendly makes it a true winner. The freshly ground coffee and French press setups in the rooms made getting up that much easier. My wife and daughters really appreciated the bath products available, especially the locally made soap.
